BCS Automotive Interface Solutions US, Ltd. (BCS Automotive) submitted a non-compliance information report based upon the recall determinations made by Ford Motor Company (23V-847) and Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) (Stellantis) (24V-199). Certain steering column control modules (SCCM) installed into vehicles have electrical functions that may fail and deactivate the driver's air bag. As such, vehicles with certain SCCMs installed fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Pratt Intermodal Chassis (Pratt) is recalling certain 2022-2023 GN30402-EC-6P container chassis trailers. When the chassis is in the 20-foot configuration, the mid-beam of the chassis may bend or crack when fully loaded or when the 20-foot container is overloaded.
There have been transcription errors on the Instructions For Use (IFU) of the Calibration Serum Level 3 (CAL2351 lot 1260UE, 1262UE and 1315UE) for target values of Bilirubin and Triglycerides, on the IFU of Human Assayed Multi-Sera Level 2 (HN1530) for TBIC taget value and on IFU of Human Assayed Multi-Sera Level 3 (HE 1532) for Lipase target value.
