This recall involves Pet Zone-branded Laser Pointer & LED Ball pet toys, sold with six preinstalled button cell batteries. The laser pointer is white with blue paw prints and measures about 2.9 inches long. "Danger" and "Accession No. 2430278-000" are printed on a silver label located on the laser pointer tube. The motion-activated LED ball is clear and measures about 1.6 inches in diameter. The "PET ZONE" logo and "LASER POINTER & LED BALL" are printed on the front of the product packaging and "Item #:15712EAM" on the back.
This recall involves all Capri Blue Deodorizing Pet Bedding Spray, Capri Blue Waterless Foaming Shampoo, Capri Blue Deodorizing Fragrance Spritz and Capri Blue Detangling and Conditioning Spray. The spray bottles are blue and white. "capri BLUE" and the product name are printed on the label.
This recall involves Maggie's Farm Bed Bug & Flea Killer 14-ounce aerosol cans. The cans are green with a red target and bar and Maggie's Farm logo, UPC: 811249020540, and Lot #: 0101325. They are made with natural plant oils. The UPC is printed on the rear label below the barcode. The lot code is printed on the bottom of the can.
This recall involves the Primark Wide Fit Kitten Heel Court Shoes. The pumps have an approximately 1.5 inch heel. The shoes were sold in black and nude microfiber fabric. Product number 06689 and the RN code 145478 are printed on the inside of the shoe.
This recall involves five models of Top Fin Power Filters. The models included in this recall are Top Fin Power Filters 10, 20, 30, 40 and 75. The filters are black with a trapezoid shaped top. The words "TOP FIN" are molded into the top of the filter. The filters were also sold as part of Top Fin 5.5- and 10-gallon LED aquarium kits.
This recall involves all 50-, 100-, 150-, 200- and 250-watt Top Fin brand plastic aquarium heaters sold between August 2014 and April 2015 with model numbers: HT50, HT100, HT150, HT200 or HT250. The black cylindrical-shaped heaters are about 1.5 inches in diameter and about 13 inches tall. "Top Fin Premium Aquarium Heater," the model number and the heater's wattage are printed on the side of the heater near the top. The lot number is printed beneath the words "Made in China." All lot numbers are included in this recall.
The Aquarium Lamp simulates a tropical coral reef. The plug-in lamp contains no water. Lights illuminate colorful fish and dolphins that swim back and forth with a 3D effect. The scene is framed by a beveled glass mirror frame. The lamp case and stand are made of plastic. The lamp measures 7 ½ inches tall x 12 ¼ inches wide x 3 inches deep. Style 45458 is printed on the original box.
This recall involves all 50-, 100-, 150-, 200- and 250-watt Top Fin brand plastic aquarium heaters. The heaters are black cylinders about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and about 13 inches tall. Recalled heaters have model number HT50, HT100, HT150, HT200 or HT250. Lot numbers for the recalled heaters are 1839, 1901, 1903, 1904, 1907, 1908 and 1910. "Top Fin," "Premium Aquarium Heater," the model number and the heater's wattage are printed on the side of the heater near the top. Below that, the lot number is printed beneath the words "Made in China."
The recalled toys for infants can be attached to a stroller or car seat using a ring connector on the toy's head. They have arms and legs that can be easily pulled back and forth for play. The toys are approximately 12 inches tall, made of multi-colored fabrics, contain rattle beads inside a clear plastic sphere body and have the face of either a puppy or monkey. Recalled styles include: Sassy Hug N' Tug Puppy, model #80213; Sassy Hug N' Tug Monkey model #80214 and Carter's-branded Hug N' Tug Monkey, models #61083 that were sold on a blue packaging card and #61540 sold on a grey packaging card. Sassy®-branded toys have "Sassy®" written on the sewn-in label located on the back of the character's head. The Carter's®-branded toys have "Carter's®" written in red on the blue plastic ring connected to the toy's head and also the sewn-in label located on the back of the character's head.
This recall involves Safari and Aquarium themed lamps with UPC numbers 000015556905, 000015618955, 000015821591 and 000015821607 printed on the price label on the cardboard packaging. The decorative lamps are silver and feature rotating films with aquatic and safari scenes. While there are no brand markings directly on the product, "Made in China" is printed on the bottom of the lamp.
The recall involves the following Marineland Stealth and Stealth Pro aquarium heaters. The heaters are black plastic tubes and have a temperature adjustment knob at the top. The model name "Stealth" (in white letters) or "Stealth Pro" (in red letters) is printed on the side of the heater. The model number and the wattage rating are printed below the model name. Stealth Pro heaters were also sold as part of aquarium starter kits. This recall involves the SlyDog™ Retractable Dog Leash with a metal clasp. The leash has a handle composed of a blue plastic case with a black plastic grip. The leash is made of a black woven strap and measures approximately one-half inch wide. The end of the leash has a metal clasp which connects to the dog's collar. The SlyDog™ retractable leashes with a plastic clasp are not included in this recall.
This recall involves red Lock and Leash™ locks with model number 1551D. The locks have a matching red coiled cable used to anchor items. Master Lock® is printed in white above the combination display. Other colors are not affected by this recall.
The recalled toy is made of bendable plastic and is in the shape of a brown dog with black ears, paws and feet, a Dalmatian dog with pink paws, a white dog with orange spots, a brown dog with pink paws, a white cat with orange stripes, a brown cat with pink paws, a black cat with pink ears and a white cat with brown spots. The toys are about 3.75 inches tall. The toy's packaging is labeled as item 39/1461-K and 39/1461-KM.
This recall affects AquaPod Aquariums with model number 7050. The model number is not written on the aquariums, but is on the owner's manual and the packaging. Only aquariums without a white label containing the manufacturer date and a bar code, which is attached to light reflector inside lid of the aquariums, are included in this recall. To check if your unit has a white sticker, open the aquarium lid and look on the bottom left corner of the light reflector. If your AquaPod 12-Gallon System has a white label with a date in black letters and bar code, it is not included in the recall. Model numbers 7051 and 7052 aquariums also are not included in the recall.
The red and blue trumpets are about 5 inches long, with a yellow bird attached to the top. A yellow knob on the side of the trumpet spins the bird. The words "Ambi Toys" are engraved on the side of the trumpet.

Announce Recall of Toy Kittens WASHINGTON, D.C.- In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), DSI Toys, Inc., of Houston, Texas, voluntarily recalled about 238,000 stuffed toy kittens. These toys contain contaminated water that, if contacted, could cause illness to children. CPSC and DSI Toys had not received any reports of illness resulting from contacting contaminated water from these toys. This voluntary recall was conducted as a precaution. The Kitty Kitty Kittens are about 12-inches long. The kitten toys make a purring noise when they are petted on the head. They come in six styles: Buttons, Tiger, Calico, Mittens, Tawny and Fluffy. The kitten's name and item number, "16400," are printed on a hangtag attached to its ear. A tag attached to the toy reads, "DSI TOYS, INC." and "MADE IN CHINA." The water in the kitten toy is intended to make it feel more lifelike. Discount, specialty, and toy stores nationwide sold the kitten toys from September 2000 through May 2001 for between $10 and $13. Parents and caregivers should take these kitten toys away from children immediately, and discard or destroy them. The firm is out of business so a replacement toy is no longer available.

Announce Recall of Aquarium Lights WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Perfecto Manufacturing Inc., of Noblesville, Ind., is voluntarily recalling about 23,400 SHOlights aquarium lights. Sharp edges on these lights could cut the insulation on the wiring. If the wires become exposed, consumers could suffer shocks or electrocution. There is also a risk of fire. In addition, some of these lights could overheat and cause the same problems. CPSC and Perfecto are not aware of any incidents involving these aquarium lights. This recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injuries. The plastic body of the SHOlights are black or oak-colored, and are 24, 30, 36 or 48 inches in length. All 36-inch SHOlights that hold two bulbs, and all SHOlights lights manufactured in July 1999 or earlier are part of this recall. The manufacturing date is located on a white label on the metal reflector. The label shows a picture of an anchor, and reads "cleaned by" or "built by" followed by the date. If there is no label or the label can't be read, it should be considered part of the recall. Pet stores nationwide sold these lights from August 1998 through July 1999 for a suggested retail price of between $125 to $175. Consumers should stop using these aquarium lights, unplug them, and return them to Perfecto for a free replacement. PROBLEM: The arms and legs of the dolls in each set may separate, producing a potentially fatal choking hazard to young children. WHAT TO DO: Return the sets to the place of purchase for a refund. WASHINGTON, DC - CPSC, Value Merchants, Inc. of Milwaukee, WI is voluntarily recalling approximately 10,000 sets of "Patty and Her Puppy" dolls, model number 3159, and approximately 2,000 sets of "Triplet Dolls," model number 001. The arms and legs of the dolls in both sets may separate producing a potentially fatal choking hazard to young children. The Patty and Her Puppy set consists of a six-inch vinyl doll with a three-inch, one-piece vinyl puppy. Both toys have painted-on features. The doll is wearing a short dress with a velcro closure and white panties. The package reads in part, "Fishel" and "Made in China." The Triplet Dolls consist of three vinyl dolls packaged together that are five inches tall with painted-on faces and short curly hair that varies in color. The Triplet Dolls are wearing multi-colored halter dresses and panties. The packaging reads in part, "A Grand Toy by RandToy" and "Made in China." Both sets were sold nationwide from March 1990 to December 1991 for approximately $1.99 per set. Neither the CPSC nor the company is aware of any injuries involving these products. This voluntary recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury. The potentially hazardous nature of the dolls was identified during a random establishment inspection conducted by CPSC. Consumers are urged to take the dolls away from young children immediately and return the sets to the store where purchased for a refund of the purchase price. Aquarium Power Head Recall NEWS from CPSC U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Office of Information and Public Affairs Washington, DC 20207 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE August 17, 1989 Release # 89-078 Aquarium Power Head Recall WASHINGTON, DC. -- Some 42,000 aquarium Power Heads (Model 200) are being voluntarily recalled by the Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corporation of Mansfield, Mass., because they may present a fatal shock hazard to consumers. Water may seep into the motor winding terminals, allowing water in the aquarium to become energized. The Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corporation, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, said consumers should immediately unplug the electric power cord of its model 200 Aqua Clear Power Head aquarium pump. Other Aqua Clear power heads manufactured by the company are not affected and are not being recalled. Consumers can return the pump to the retail store of purchase and receive a new power head, model 201, at no charge.
