Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Interstate 24 and Interstate 19 motorhomes. The main cable from the battery to the fuse panel may be under-protected by a 200-amp fuse, which could allow the wiring to overheat in the event of a short circuit.

This recall involves Havertys Concord Dual Power Recliner chairs with SKU 0-3500-1827 that is printed on a label affixed to the chair. The chairs are upholstered with leather in a variety of colors including blue and brown. The chairs measure 33 inches wide by 41.5 inches deep by 39.5 inches high. Havertys' label is located under the seat cushion.
This recall involves Research Products Steam Humidifiers with "D" shaped electrode connector wires sold under the AprilAire, Coleman, Luxaire, Bryant, Carrier and York brand names. The steam humidifiers are generally installed alongside HVAC equipment but are separate units. The model number can be found on a silver label placed in the bottom left corner on the outside left side panel of the Steam Humidifier. The C-arm, used to set the position and angle of the x-ray exposure field, may not function due to the tableside console PWB, which needs replacement. There may be a delay in the procedure, but procedures can continue using the operators console, the switches on the back of the column, switches on the side of the flat panel detector, and the emergency stop will continue to function normally.

This recall has been initiated due to detection of glyphosate residues above tolerance.
Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2023 Bambi vehicles. The capacity of the freshwater tank was overstated, resulting in an incorrect Cargo Carrying Capacity label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
(1) There is vial to vial variation resulting in some vials recovering positive for hCG, which should be negative and (2) high and outside range for cortisol. (3) There has been a transcription error for Creatinine in the Instructions For Use (IFU). The target and ranges for Creatinine for the Roche Creatinine Plus method have been listed incorrectly. These failures cause a delay in patient results for the above mentioned analytes.
