The vehicle identification number (VIN) is stamped on the right side of the snowmobile tunnel near the right foot rest.

This recall involves all model year 2018 Stampede and Rustler model side by side Arctic Cat off-highway vehicles with VIN number 9003240 through 9004062. The recalled vehicles were sold in multiple colors, have four wheels and side-by-side seating for two or four people. The Stampede models have Textron Off Road on each side of the hood area and Stampede on each side of the box. The Rustler models have Rustler 850 on each side of the hood area and 4X4 on each side of the box. The Vin number is located under the front hood on all models.

"HDX" is printed on the sides of the front fenders. The vehicle identification number on the 700 HDX CREW models is stamped into the upper frame tube under the rear of the cargo box.

The recalled snowmobiles were sold in the colors black, green, orange and white. The model name is on a decal on the top of the chassis between the seat and the rear bumper. The name Arctic Cat is on each side of the snowmobiles. The letter G in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) indicates that the unit was made in the 2016 model year. The VIN is stamped into the chassis near the right foot rest.

The model year 2015 vehicles affected are those units with vehicle identification numbers (VIN) from 303194 through 305166. The VIN number is located on the rear frame tube under the rear of the box. The vehicles are green, red, vibrant red metallic, or emerald green metallic. "Arctic Cat" is printed on each side of the hood. Also 500 is printed on each side on the front fenders, HDX on each side of the rear cargo box, and "Arctic Cat" on the cargo box tail gate.

This recall involves model year 2008 and 2009 Arctic Cat single-rider and 2 UP style ATVs. Single-rider ATVs have one seat and one set of footrests for the operator. 2 UP ATVs have an elongated seat designed to hold one passenger behind the operator, a set of hand-holds mounted to the rear frame for the passenger and two sets of footrests. The recalled ATVs came in a variety of colors and have the name Arctic Cat on each side of the fuel tank and on the front above the grill opening. All model year 2008 Arctic Cat ATVs with 400 cubic centimeter (cc) and larger engines are being recalled. Model year 2009 Arctic Cat ATVs with 400 cubic centimeter (cc) and larger engines and with production numbers within the following ranges are being recalled: 200001 through 203861, 808001 through 808137, and X25082 through X30243. The engine size is printed on the back of the instrument cluster between the handle bars. The vehicle identification number (VIN) in the format 4UF09******XXXXXX is on the frame tube near the driver's side rear wheel and contains the model year and production number of the vehicle. The model year is the fourth and fifth characters of the VIN in the YY format. The production number is the last six characters of the VIN.

The fourth and fifth digits of the VIN, "14" or "15," correspond to the model year. The VIN appears on a sticker attached to the chassis near the rider's right foot rest. The model name appears on the front sides of the snowmobile.

The Bearcat Z1 XT has seats for an operator and a passenger. The model name and the letters "XT" are on each side of the hood and "Z1" is near the rear of the tunnel on each side. It has a blue hood. The Bearcat Z1 XT GS is a single-rider vehicle. The model name and the letters "GS" are on each side of the hood and "Z1" is near the rear of the tunnel on each side. It has an orange hood, a winch on the front and a light bar located behind the operator's seat. The Bearcat Z1 XT LTD has seats for an operator and a passenger. The model name, the letters "XT" and the word "Limited" are on each side of the hood and "Z1" is near the rear of the tunnel on each side. It has a black hood and tunnel. Recalled vehicles have the last six digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the following ranges: 808110 through 808130 and 108866 through 120615. The VIN appears on a sticker attached to the tunnel on the rider's right side and is also engraved in the same area.
