McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain Bridgemaster V Concrete Mixers equipped with Hendrickson trailer axles using a square axle cross tube, produced between September 9, 2011 and May 8, 2013. In the affected vehicles, the fender may be insufficiently tightened to the trailing axle and the fender mounting bracket can crack and fail potentially resulting in the fender and/or fender tube detaching from the axle.
Marketed Without An Approved NDA/ANDA: FDA analysis found this product contained undeclared sibutramine and phenolphthalein, two active ingredients that were once marketed in the U.S. but removed due to safety reasons, making this product an unapproved new drug.
The recalled items are egg-shaped, clear glass, 150-watt industrial metal halide lamps. They are about five inches long and have a medium base. Recalled lamps were manufactured between November 2012 and March 2013. "Philips," "150W" "ALTO M142/0," "Hg," "USA 3A-1" and "MHC150/U/MP/4K" are stamped on the lamp. Each lamp comes in a protective cardboard sleeve. The Philips logo appears at the top of the protective sleeve on all sides. "MasterColor," "Ceramic Metal Halide ED-17 Protected," "Hg - Lamp Contains Mercury" are on the side of the sleeve. "MHC150/U/MP/4K ALTO" and Universal Product Code (UPC) "046677377243" are on a label on the side of the sleeve.

Brake Parts Inc. (BPI) is recalling certain Hydro-Max brake master cylinders branded as Raybestos p/n MC390565, NAPA p/n 390565, Carquest p/n E151557, and GM AC Delco p/n 18M870. These cylinders contain a 2.0 inch bore and 84 cubic inch reservoir equipped with a brake fluid level indicator switch and without a differential pressure switch, manufactured between July 1, 2011 and April 12, 2012. The brake fluid level indicator (FLI) may not properly detect a low brake fluid level situation and warn the driver.

This recall involves orange-colored Kubota ZG100 Series Zero Turn riding mowers with the following model and serial numbers: Model ZG124E with serial numbers between 10002 and 12179, Model ZG123S with serial numbers between 10002 and 12505, Model ZG127E with serial numbers between 10002 and 11574 and Model ZG127S with serial numbers between 10003 and 12959. Kubota is printed on the front of the mower and on the side. The model and serial numbers are printed on the data plate on the left part of the frame near the operator's foot area.
