Braun Ambulances (Braun Ambulances) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Chief XL I, Chief XL III, Express Plus I, Express III, and Liberty I vehicles. In the event of a short circuit or wiring failure, the firmware in the node may fail to shut off the output pin, resulting in overloaded electrical circuits.

We have identified a potential issue with the SFP+ module supplied by Molex (Part Number: B620050) when connected to the ETH0 slot of either the MNA-6x0 ENC HDMI or MNA-4x0 ENC HDMI. In some instances, this connection may render the first HDMI channel inaccessible, making both the channel and the respective MNA ENC unit unusable. Additionally, readings from the module become unavailable when this issue arises. Similarly, when this Molex module is connected to the ETH0 slot of an MNA-620 ENC ANA, readings may also become inaccessible.
A small number of devices may have a higher probability of a crack within the internal electronics substrate which could result in a non-functional device.

This recall involves GhostBed Natural mattresses, model number beginning with 13GBNAT or "Natural." The mattresses measure approximately 12 inches thick, and have an ivory quilted top panel and an ivory knit quilted side panel with horizontal lines. They were sold in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Split King and California King sizes. The GhostBed Natural logo is embroidered in black and green on the mattress cover. The model number and date of manufacture in MM/YYY can be found on the white label sewn into the seam of the mattress. The recalled mattresses were manufactured from June 2021 through March 2023.

This recall involves Excalibur Crossbow's C2 Crank sold as a cocking aid for crossbows. The C2 Crank has two plastic cocking hooks attached to the string of the C2 Crank. The C2 Crank was sold in black. The "Excalibur Crossbow" logo is on the front of the unit. The part number 2199 and the UPC number 626192021991 are located on the packaging.
