There is an improperly performed weld between the cone of the sheath lock and tube of the obturator; mechanical load capacity is impaired, and fracture of the welded joint may occur. Contamination can occur in this capillary gap, which is not covered by the reprocessing validations performed.
Robert Bosch, LLC (Robert Bosch) has submitted a Defect Information Report based upon recall determinations made by BMW (recall 21V-586) and Chyrsler (recall 21V-880). The High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) may fail, resulting in a sudden engine stall without warning.
This recall involves Buderus brand GB125-35 oil-condensing boilers distributed by Bosch. The boilers have a blue enclosure, and the GB125-35 model number is located on the data plate near the top right hand side of the boiler. The Buderus brand name is printed on the outside of the boiler's blue enclosure. Bosch Thermotechnology and the model number are printed on a white label on the blue enclosure.
