NAVISTAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008 THROUGH 2012 IC BE, CE, AND FE SCHOOL BUSES MANUFACTURED FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2006, THROUGH MAY 2, 2011. THE REFLECTIVE TAPE FOR THE REAR EXIT DOOR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TOTALLY COMPLETED. ACCORDINGLY, THE BUSES FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 217, "BUS EMERGENCY EXITS AND WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE."

Model No. Item Number Task Force 26083 241483 The item number and model number is printed on the power switch label at the rear of the log splitter. "Task Force" is printed on the side rail of the log splitters.
COLUMBIA PARCAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 AND 2010 EAGLE (P4E) AND SUMMIT (SMT2, SMT4, SUV) LOW SPEED VEHICLES AND ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS MANUFACTURED FROM JULY 1, 2008, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2011. POSSIBLE LOOSENING OF THE LOWER STEERING YOKE AT THE POINT OF ATTACHMENT TO THE STEERING RACK AND PINION CAN OCCUR.
Lack of Assurance of Sterility: Bausch & Lomb, Inc. is recalling 7 Lots of Murocel Methylcellulose Lubricant Opthalmic Solution 1% (15 mL). Product was found to be OOS for Antimicrobial Effectiveness testing (AET) at the 12 month stability time point.
This recall only involves the following four products with the noted lot numbers: GNC Women's Ultra Mega 28-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 0432AL1781 and 1283CL1781, GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active 180-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 1029BL1783 and 1030BL1783, GNC Women's Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism 90-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 1450CL1789 and GNC Prenatal Formula with Iron 120-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 0785BL2863. The lot numbers are printed on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the product's packaging. The affected lots are packaged in a white plastic bottle with a white label and a flip-top cap.
The recalled vehicles are model 2011 DS golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. The Club Car has various models, colors and sizes including 2 to 6 passenger seating vehicles. The vehicles can be identified by the serial number, which is above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. A list of models and serial numbers included in the recall can be seen in the picture.
The recall involves Rugby Children's Pain & Fever Concentrated Drops (Acetaminophen Drops) in a 1/2 fl. oz. (15 ml) bottle size. The UPC code 305361936723 can be found with the bar code at the bottom of the box. The affected lot numbers are: 09002 09379 10272 10368 10487 09131 09394 10273 10406 11058 09215 10154 10366 10433 The lot numbers can be found stamped into the bottom of the carton with the expiration date and above the label on the bottle printed in black.
This recall involves air exchangers sold under different brands that are used to circulate air in and out of the home. The metal air exchangers are painted blue or grey. Air exchangers included in the recall were manufactured from 1996 through 2001 and have brand and model information printed on the unit's rating plate or on the side of the unit. MICRO BIRD IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006-2010 GIRARDIN G5 AND 2009 AND 2010 AND 2011 MICRO BIRD G5 NON SCHOOL BUSES BUILT ON FORD CUTAWAY CHASSIS FROM FEBRUARY 2006 THROUGH MAY 30, 2011. THE OEM CUTAWAY WIRING HARNESS PASSES JUST REARWARD OF THE DRIVER SEAT BETWEEN THE B PILLAR AND THE RAISED FLOOR. THE RAISED FLOOR JUST REARWARD OF THE DRIVER SEAT IS TRAPPING THE WIRE HARNESS CAUSING THE WIRES TO RUB AGAINST THE METAL FLOOR MOLDING, DAMAGING THE WIRE INSULATION.

This recall involves energy-saving light bulbs sold under the Telstar and Electra brand names. The bulbs were sold in two styles: spiral and the "3-Us" shape. The Telstar bulbs were sold in 20 and 23 watts with model number LB-1020 and LB-1023 printed on the packaging. The Electra bulbs were sold in 18, 20, 23, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36, 38 and 40 watts with model numbers LB-18, LB-20, LB-23, LB-26, LB-28, LB-30, LB-1018, LB-1020, LB-1023, LB-1026, LB-1134, LB-1136, LB-1138 and LB-1140 printed on the packaging. "CE 110V," "China" and the wattage number are printed on the bulb.
MICRO BIRD IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 AND 2011 MICRO BIRD MB II MULTIPURPOSE VANS MANUFACTURED FROM JANUARY 13, 2010, THROUGH MARCH 22, 2011, EQUIPPED WITH A WHEELCHAIR LIFT PLATFORM AT THE RIGHT REAR DOOR. THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT DOOR IS NOT LINKED TO AN ALARM VISIBLE TO THE DRIVER WHICH WOULD ACTIVATE WHEN THE DOOR IS NOT FULLY CLOSED. THESE VANS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 206, "DOOR LOCKS AND DOOR RETENTION COMPONENTS."
This recall involves the Cheaper Keeper pacifier clip that attaches a pacifier to a child's clothing. It is a clear plastic clip secured by a pink ribbon with a velcro closure.

This recall involves Magicshine Series I and Series II lithium-ion batteries. The batteries were sold with bicycle light sets with the following models: Magicshine 900 Lumen (MJ-808), 1400 Lumen (MJ-816) and Tail light (MJ818). The batteries were also sold separately. The Series I battery comes in a nylon pack enclosure and the Series II in an aluminum pack enclosure inserted into a fabric sleeve. The model number is found on the product packaging. The Magicshine logo is found on the sleeve covering of the Series II battery.
This recall involves Rogue Fitness J-Cup brackets used to hold barbells on weightlifting racks. The black metal brackets are used with the Rogue Fitness SPX Squat Press Stand, R-3 Racks, R-4 Racks and Infinity Rigs.
