A hand grip column, even though locked in position, moved downward about 3 cm while a patient was holding the hand grip for lateral exposure. When the hand grip moved down, the patient who was holding it lost his or her balance and almost fell. This problem only occurred in Japan with one system.

The recall involves all RA200 and RA202 radial arm saws. These are bench top models with 8¼-inch blades. Each unit has a data plate immediately behind the operator grip for the saw, which says "RYOBI 8 1/4" Radial Arm Saw" and either "RA200" or "RA202."

The headset is the component on a bicycle, which provides a interface that can rotate between the bicycle fork and the bicycle frame itself. The Conventional Headset is constructed of an anodized black alloy housing, stainless steel, and polymers. The Integrated Lite Headset is constructed of a black polymer housing and light weight alloys. The Integrated Headset weighs 29 grams; the Conventional Headset weighs 39 grams.
