The brand name is printed on the outside of the furnace, and the model number is located on the label found by opening the furnace door.

The recalled slides are made of stainless steel and have both single and double bedways. There are welds on both sides of the slide attaching the bedway to the sidewalls, and the welds run continuously from the top to the bottom. There are no identifying marks on the slides.

Circuit Breakers (Schneider Electric) – electrical safety (2014)

The recall involves PowerPact J-frame molded case circuit breakers with thermal-magnetic trip units. The circuit breakers are made of black plastic and have a three-position breaker handle that indicates whether the breaker is off, on or tripped. The recalled circuit breakers are rated for 150 to 250 amps, have interruption ratings of D, G, J, L and R. They were manufactured in two pole and three pole configurations with either lug-in/lug-out or plug-in (I-Line) style connectors. Brand name "Schneider Electric" or "Square D" is on a yellow sticker above the breaker handle and on the top of a label on the side of the circuit breaker. A label on the front of the circuit breaker to the left of the breaker handle has the catalog number at the top. The number also appears on a label on the side of the breaker. Schneider Electric catalog numbers begin with "NJ" and Square D catalog numbers begin with "J." A label on the front of the circuit breaker to the right of the breaker handle has the date code in the lower right corner. Recalled circuit breakers were manufactured from March 26, 2014 through September 26, 2014 and have date codes 14131 through 14395. The date codes are in the YYWWD format (example: 14131 = year 2014, week 13, day of the work week 1/ Monday). On some of the bicycles, "Norco" is printed on the firm's crest that is affixed to the head tube. Bicycle frames included in this recall have serial numbers that begin with K10DQ, K10FQ, K10IQ, K10KQ P10K, P10F or P11B. The serial number is stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket, below the word "Havoc."

This recall involves 16.5-, 18- and 19-inch Slayer and Edge full-suspension mountain bicycles. The Slayer model is black metallic with red decals on the top tube and downtube, that read "Slayer" and "Rocky Mountain." The Edge model is royal blue with yellow decals on the top tube and downtube, that read "Edge" and Rocky Mountain." "Made in Canada" is printed on decals on both model bicycles. Bicycles with the letter "S" stamped on the chainstay yoke are not involved in this recall.

A support brace located on the ladder's base section could interfere with the operation of the rung locks. If the brace interferes with the locks, the ladder may appear to be securely locked in place when it is not. As a result the ladder could collapse causing a person standing on the ladder to fall and be seriously injured. Keller Industries sold the ladders under the brand names "Keller" and "Columbia".
