This recall involves Stinger BK series Insect Zapper electric insect/mosquito zapper including the Stinger Insect Zapper (Model BK 110v3), the Stinger 3-in-1 Insect Zapper (Model BK310v3) and the Stinger 5-in-1 Insect & Mosquito Zapper (Model BK510v3). They are black or gray plastic and stand or hang vertically. The units are about 19 inches high and 6 inches wide and require an extension cord to operate outside. The recalled models have codes ending in YTG and Made in China printed on the silver label on the bottom of the product. This recall involves Links Series chargers with model numbers 28080, 28090 or 28100. The chargers are used with golf carts. The recalled chargers are black or aluminum and measure approximately 11 inches long by 8 ¾ inches wide by 9 ½ inches tall. "Lester Electrical" and "Links Series" are printed on the front of the recalled chargers along with a picture of a golfer. The recalled chargers were manufactured between week 29 of 2014 and week 48 of 2016. The date code is embedded in the serial number as the first four digits with the first and second digits representing the week and the third and fourth digits representing the year. They have a 40-chip LED shop light with adjustable angles, four power outlets and an on/off switch mounted on the unit. "Stanley" is printed in yellow by the outlets. The model number is printed on a sticker located on the back of the lighting panel.

This recall involves Square D brand General Duty 30 & 60A, 120/240-volt, 2-phase and 3-phase NEMA 3R safety switches. The switches are a dark gray metal box with a black handle on the side that can be moved to an "ON" or "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is designed to shut off the flow of electricity. The switches may be used in or around commercial buildings, outbuildings, apartments and homes. They measure about 10 inches by 7 inches by 4 inches. Brand name "Square D", the ampere of the safety switch and the 120/240-volt or 240-volt marking is printed on a label on the front of the safety switch. The recalled switches were manufactured between January 1, 2014 through January 18, 2018 and have date codes 1401 through 1803. The date codes are in the YYWW format (example: 1401 = year 2014, week 1). The date code of the product can only be found on the inside of the cover and is not accessible if the product is installed and in-service. The rubberized or metallic power banks are black and rectangular. They measure about 3 inches long by 1.4 inch high by 0.9 inch wide. The power banks were sold with or without a USB charger cable and a carrying pouch. The AmazonBasics logo is printed on the front of the unit. Product ID number B00LRK8EVO, B00LRK8HJ8, B00LRK8I7O, B00LRK8IV0, B00LRK8JDC or B00ZQ4JQAA is printed on the back of the unit.

The pink mobile was sold exclusively at Amazon.com. The mobile has a white and pink or white and blue plastic arm that clamps onto the side of a crib. It has three star attachments that hang from the top. The mobile has a music button that plays music, nature sounds and nursery rhymes. The mobile measures 5 inches wide by 15.8 inches tall.The model numbers are printed on the battery compartment door.

This recall involves commercial electric 15-amp triplex outlet converters, also known as taps, with model number LA-05 and UPC 818897010121. The white plastic converters convert a single electrical outlet into three outlets with an outlet plug on the left, front and right side of the tap. The outlet taps measure 1.7 inches tall by 1.3 inches wide by 1.69 inches deep. On the front facing outlet, neutral and line (power socket) sizes are reversed. The model number is printed on the mold on the side that the prongs are located and the UPC number is printed on a sticker on the top of the converter along with the UL listing.

This recall involves Remington-branded chainsaws powered by a two-cycle gasoline engine ranging in size from 42cc to 46cc and with either a 14-inch, 18-inch or 20-inch bar. The chainsaw's housing is orange and black and Remington is printed on the side of the unit and on the bar. Chainsaws included in this recall have model numbers RM4214, RM4218 and RM4620 and serial numbers 1K155XQ0198 through 1F076XQ0200; and were manufactured between November 15, 2015 and June 7, 2016. Model and serial numbers and the manufacture date are located on a white label above the rear handle. The second through fifth characters of the serial number identify the manufacturing date. The second character is the month with A = January, B = February, C = March, etc. The third and fourth characters are the day of the month. The fifth character is the last digit of the year of manufacture (e.g. C286 = March 28, 2016).
