Daytona Helmets International (Daytona) is recalling certain Skull Cap D1, D3 and D6 Helmets in sizes 3XS through 4XL manufactured during May 2015. These helmets may not adequately protect the wearer in the event of a head impact during a motorcycle crash. As such, these helmets fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 218, "Motorcycle Helmets."
Due to the lack of the ingredient statement the firm failed to declare the following direct allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and yellow #5. The products also lack the declaration that they are packaged in a facility that handles milk and eggs.

Daytona Helmets International (Daytona Helmets) is recalling certain motorcycle helmets, model DC1, sizes XS-2XL, manufactured in October 2010. Due to an improper fiberglass construction, the helmets fail to conform to the impact and penetration requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 218, "Motorcycle Helmets."
The recalled ionic salt lamp varies in color from light to dark red and is attached to a wood base. The lamp fixture comes with a 10 watt bulb and a black cord with an inline on/off switch. The UL file number E216832 will be printed on the cord and the UL file number E214389 on the plug.
The Nautilus NT 1020 is a free-standing exercise bench typically used for free weight workouts. It is comprised of a white steel base with wheels on one end, with a black vinyl bench and back support. The fronts of both the white base and the black vinyl back support are stamped with the name "Nautilus." A tag affixed to the reverse side of the back support includes "Distributed by Nautilus/Schwinn Fitness Group Inc." and "Made in China." At the bottom of the product's base, near its wheels, is a sticker that includes the words "Production Date Code" and a 4-digit number. The first three digits of the date code identify the day and the fourth digit identifies the year in which the unit was built. Units included in this recall have Production Date Codes from year 2002 that run between code numbers 1952 and 3652, and Production Date Codes from year 2003 that run between code numbers 0013 and 1903. Benches that are white in color and do not have a Production Date Code sticker also are included in this recall.
The recalled kits were sold in a clear plastic package with color or black ink. The black ink kits have model numbers 943264 and 999292 and the color ink kits have model number 999289 printed on the side panel above the UPC code. The two black inkjet sets contain four plastic bottles of black ink, two plastic bottles of cleaning fluid and one toolkit. The color inkjet set contains six plastic bottles of colored ink, two plastic bottles of cleaning solution and one toolkit.
The Sonato Smiling Mini-Car Toy is wood with four solid- colored wheels painted orange, blue, yellow and green. A smiling face is painted on the front. On the top of the toy is a red button that squeaks when pushed. The toy car was sold individually and as a part of the "Wooden Baby Toys Set of 5." The toy car sold separately is item # 828143 and with the set # 828144.
April 19, 1995 Release # 95-105 WASHINGTON, D.C. - CPSC, Fasco Consumer Products Inc. of Fayetteville, N.C., is recalling approximately 661 Dayton Model 4E154 Electric Ceiling Heaters. The heating element terminals could expose consumers to fatal electric shocks or fires.Grainger wholesale branch stores sold the ceiling heaters nationwide from January 1993 to August 1994 to contractors, electrical supply retailers, and other customers for the store's catalogue price of $54.80. A wire mesh grill covers the heating element. The metal heaters are 10 inches in diameter and have a round metal nameplate with the model number in the center of the heater cover. This recall applies to all units that have one of the following date codes: A93, B93, C93, D93, E93, F93, G93, H93, J93, K93, L93, M93, A94, B94, C94, and D94.To determine whether their units are part of this recall, consumers should turn off the heater's power supply at the circuit breaker and inspect the data plate on the upper inside surface of the heater housing. (The data plate may be difficult to see.) If the ceiling heater has one of the above date codes, consumers should stop using the heater immediately and call a qualified electrician to disconnect the unit.Owners of the heaters should contact the nearest Grainger branch store to obtain a replacement heater. After a qualified electrician removes the defective heater and installs the replacement heater, consumers should send the defective unit back in the new heater's box to Fasco Consumer Products.
