Bridgestone Americas Tire Operation (BATO) is recalling certain Firestone Destination LE3 tires, size 265/70R17. The belt edge insert (BEI) may be out of position, decreasing tire durability and causing tread separation. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles."
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Impact and Carbon recreational trailers equipped with 3000 series patio rail kits. The kits may be missing the angle brackets and the footman loops, preventing the gap panels from being properly attached.
Potential unexpected shutdown of Carestation 600 and 700 Series Anesthesia Systems containing certain power management boards, if the AC mains power is unplugged or in the event of an AC mains power failure. Anesthesia systems only operate on battery power in a rare event that AC mains power is lost and there is no continuous backup emergency power. If AC power is interrupted, the system will not automatically switch over to the battery supply mode and will reboot. If this issue occurs, a temporary disruption of mechanical ventilation, manual ventilation, and volatile agent delivery may occur. Following the reboot, the system will not return to the previous ventilation settings.
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Voltage recreational trailers. The generator fuel lines may have been incorrectly installed, feeding fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor.
This recall involves mattresses marketed by the Avenco and Novilla brands. The recalled mattresses were sold in various thicknesses, including 6, 10, 12, and 14 inches, and were sold in various sizes including twin, full, queen and king. The mattresses are white and have an accent color around the side of the mattress of light gray, dark gray, or navy depending on the model. The name "PT Champion", the manufacture date, the model, the prototype IDs, thickness and size of each mattress are printed in black letters on a sewn-in white label located on one side of the mattress. The manufacture date is in the format: YYYYMMDD-GJ and the models are: A-M02822-10-Q-2, A-M02822-12-K-2, B-M02901-14-Q-1, B-M02905-6-T, or N-M02043-12-F-2. Some of the Avenco mattresses have a navy tag sewn into the side of the mattress. Some of the Novilla mattresses have a green tag sewn into the side of the mattress. This may result in delayed diagnosis, cause a delay in clinical decision-making or treatment and in some rare cases, yield incorrect results from less stable parameters.
