Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 Alpine fifth-wheel recreational trailers manufactured August 10, 2015, to December 1, 2016, and Avalanche fifth-wheel recreational trailers manufactured September 11, 2015, to December 1, 2016. The Federal Placard on the affected vehicles may have incorrect spare tire load range information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2017 Keystone Carbon and Raptor fifth wheel recreational trailers, and 2016-2017 Fuzion and Dutchmen Voltage fifth wheel recreational trailers. The affected vehicles have rear cargo door hinges with welds on the hinge pin and hinge plate that may be insufficient, and as a result, the top of the door may swing down with more force than normal.
Labeling: Label Mix Up- Incorrect back label applied to the product.

The affected ladders have retractable hinges, each with a welded 'top hat' that can separate from the hinge.

During installation, the propane gas cross tube manifold that connects the propane cylinders may have contacted the fasteners for the floor decking.

This recall involves Interlogix wireless personal panic devices. The product is a wrist band or necklace panic button, used to activate a security control panel within range in the event of a personal emergency or injury. These devices were sold as an accessory with professionally installed home security systems. They were sold in black and white and include model and UPC numbers: TX-4200-01-1 (white; UPC 7-82136-72342-7) and TX-4200-01-2 (black; UPC 7-82136-72343-4). The model number is printed on the underside of the device. Both the model number and the UPC number are printed on the packaging.
This recall involves Mahco Inc. tripod stools with three steel legs and a REALTREE logo pattern camouflage polyester fabric seat. The steel legs have plastic caps on both ends and a round plastic hub that connects the three legs. The stools measure about 17 inches high by 13 inches wide. There is a black polyester carry strap attached to the bottom of the stool seat. Mahco Inc. is printed on an orange and black hang tag attached to the stools.

This recall involves 250-foot and 1,000-foot 12/2 metal clad aluminum armored cabling with date codes between August 2015 and November 2015. The cable is typically installed behind walls, connecting the circuit breaker panel to a 120-volt wall outlet or lighting switch. The date code is printed, in a MMMYY format (ex. Aug15), on the back side of the hang tag attached to the cabling at the time of purchase.

The affected trailers have a Federal Identification Tag and Tire and Loading Information Label with incorrect information. Additionally, tires with the wrong load range may have been installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Eaton Corporation (Eaton) is recalling certain Spool Valve Motors, part numbers 101-1033-009, 101-1035-009, 101-1042-009, 101-1083-009,101-1090-009, 101-1091-009, 101-1701-009, 101-1702-009, 101-1703-009,101-1710-009, 101-1711-009, 101-1722-009, 158-1094-001, 158-1628-001, 158-3373-001, 158-3452-001, and 158-3704-001, manufactured December 26, 2015, to March 30, 2016. These hydraulic motors have a motor shaft that may break. If the motor is used to operate a hydraulic boom or winch and the shaft breaks, there may be unexpected movement of the boom or winch.
This recall involves Southwire non-contact voltage detectors with model numbers 40110N and 40120N. Voltage detectors alert users to the presence of electric current running through electrical wires. The recalled voltage detectors are cylindrical shaped, about six inches long and about two inches in circumference. They are brownish gold in color with a black center insert. "Southwire," the model number and the CE and UL listing symbols are printed on the voltage detectors. They have red LED lights to indicate the presence of live electric current. Model 40110N detects voltage from 100 to 1,000 VAC. Model 40120N detects voltage from 24 to 1,000 VAC.
This recall involves all sizes of Wamsutta Dream Zone cotton 800 thread count mattress pads, manufactured from August 2015 through January 2016. Hollander Sleep Products, style number 266BB and the manufacture date are printed on a label on a side of the mattress pad.

The trailers may have been manufactured with ST215/75R14 Load Range C tires rated for 1870lbs, when they should have been manufactured with ST215/75R14 Load Range D tires rated for 2200lbs.
