PACCAR Parts, a division of PACCAR Incorporated, is recalling certain Eaton V2020 Vane Pumps, part number J69-1041. The affected pumps have shafts that could possibly break and result in pump failure.

These lots of Agar may have exhibited breakthrough growth of vancomycin susceptible Enterococcus species control organisms. Agar that allows susceptible enterococci to grow appears as a falsely resistant culture. If a lab does not QC, the error would be identified as falsely resistant enterococci would have further AST workup. There could be a delay in the identification of false-resistance

One of the samples tested with each of the CAP surveys MRS5-A 2014 and MRS5-B 2014 yielded false positive results.

The recall includes the chairs sold with the Fairview 7-piece woven patio dining set. The set includes an 80" long by 42" wide by 29" high rectangular table with a tan with white border porcelain tile table top and black metal framed base and six chairs. The chairs have a black metal frame with brown woven wicker seats and seatbacks. The chairs measure 24" wide by 27" deep by 40" high. "7 piece Woven Dining Set" and "Imported by Costco Wholesale" is printed on the product packaging. The item number is printed on the instructions sold with the set and reads "ITM./ART. 966630."
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2014 Dutchmen Infinity fifth wheel trailers, models 3210RE, 3610RL and 3710BH, manufactured August 1, 2013, through April 3, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the leading edge of the interior steps may fracture.
This recall involves the BigDog and Hustler brand riding mowers. The BigDog mower is red with a grey seat and a black roll bar. The words BigDog Diablo are printed below the front of the seat and on the sides of the mower. The Hustler mowers are yellow with grey seats. The Hustler mowers have "Hustler" on the front of the footrest and say FastTrak, FastTrakSD or RaptorSD in red on the yellow bar below the front of the seat. The FastTrak and FastTrakSD mowers have a black roll bar. All mowers have right and left steering handles. The recalled mowers have serial numbers between 13082168 and 14012774 for the BigDog R Diablo, between 13081106 and 14013675 for FastTrak, between 13081129 and 14013689 for FasTrakSD and between 13081376 and 14013882 for Hustler RaptorSD. The serial number appears on a tag located on the left side of the seat platform in front of the fender.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Montana, 2014 Alpine, Big Sky, and Fuzion, and 2014 Dutchmen Infinity and Voltage fifth wheel trailers equipped with Frigidaire KG series microwaves, models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013, in the serial number range KG30607951 through KG31600670. In the affected vehicles, the microwave may start on its own and begin heating when unattended.
This recall involves MobilePower Instant Boost 500, 6-in-1 Power, multi-function power packs with model number 2013, QVC SKU# V31873 and serial number MPC-060512-25. The model and serial numbers are located on the back panel on a white label next to the inverter fan. MobilePower Instant Boost 500 is printed on the front of the units. The power packs can supply AC or DC power and can recharge by either plugging into an electrical outlet or a DC accessory port or cigarette lighter port in your vehicle. They have two A/C outlets, a USB port, car battery jumper cables, and an air hose outlet to inflate tires. The power packs weigh 20 lbs., are black and blue color and measure about 9 inches tall, 10 inches wide and 8 inches long.
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2014 Cougar, Springdale, Hideout, Passport, and Bullet fifth wheels and travel trailers manufactured January 13, 2014, through February 12,2014. In the affected vehicles, the inner wheel bearings on the axle may have insufficient lubrication.
This recall involves Therapedic brand twin- and full-size Comfort Deluxe and Comfort Supreme style mattresses. "Therapedic" and the style name are printed on a label on the left of the top of the mattress. The date of manufacture and TEP Bedding GRP Inc., 161 Grand Valley Avenue, Orwell, Ohio 44076 are printed on a white label hanging on the side of the mattress. The recalled mattresses were manufactured in 2013.

This recall involves Dalton-style ottomans with storage compartments. The wooden ottoman measures 35 inches long, 25 inches deep and 13 inches high. The storage compartment has a cushioned top lid supported by two hinges and two lid support arms. Model number F135-064 is printed on a tag stapled to the underside of the storage ottoman.
The recall involves Blade 500 X BNF and Blade 500 3D BNF and RTF Remote Controlled Model Helicopters with model numbers BLH 1800, BLH 1800M1, BLH 1850, and BLH 4080. The helicopters are about 33.5 inches long and 11.8 inches tall and weigh about 4 lbs. The canopy of the 500 X has the "500 X" logo on each side. The canopy of the 500 3D has the "500 3D" logo on each side. The tail rotor grip for each model is a black plastic holder that holds the tail rotor blades of the helicopter in place. The grips are approximately 1 ¼ inches tall and ½ inch wide.
