This recall involves E-Z-GO's model year 2020 through 2025 RXV Freedom and 2023 through 2025 Valor PTVs with serial numbers ranging from 5538278 through 5920722; and model year 2020 through 2022 TXT Freedom and Valor PTVs with serial numbers ranging from 3455024 through 3582057. The vehicle's serial number is printed near the base of the steering column for RXV and model year 2023, 2024 and 2025 Valor vehicles. The serial number is printed below the operator seat position for TXT and model year 2020, 2021 and 2022 Valor vehicles. These vehicles are commonly referred to as golf carts or golf cars and are used primarily to transport people.

This recall includes ZORJAR women's fashion scarves. On Amazon.com the scarves were sold as "ZORJAR Women Beautiful Solid Color 100% Pure Silk Thin Long Shawl Wrap Scarf." The recalled scarves have a metal tassel in either gold or silver attached to the corner of the scarf. The scarves measure about 43 inches long by 70 inches wide and weigh 0.5 ounces per square yard. The scarf has a small black side seam label stating "100% silk." The scarves were sold in the following 26 colors: Salmon, Pink Yellow, Yellow, Watermelon, Red, Coffee, Royal Blue, Rose, Beige, Wine Red, Light Purple, Black, Blue Green, Blackish Green, Gradient Purple Pink, Gradient Khaki Pink, Gradient Beige Green, Gradient Beige Wine, Gradient Green, Gradient Orange, Gradient Watermelon, Gradient Yellow Green, Gradient Rose, Gradient Royal Blue, Gradient Light Blue, Gradient Light Purple and Gradient Khaki.

The E-Z-GO Terrain and the Cushman Shuttle have a cargo bed on the back. The recalled vehicles have date codes ranging from G2015 through L0515. E-Z-GO or Cushman and the model name are printed on the side and front panels of the vehicles. Date codes are printed on a plate or label inside the cab below the driver's seat. The first letter of the date code identifies the month of production in sequence, with G corresponding to January and L to May. There is no letter I. The first two numbers in the date code identify the two-digit day of production and the final two numbers identify the two-digit year of production.

The recall involves certain model year 2002 through 2005 E-Z-GO Fleet and E-Z-GO Freedom gasoline-powered golf cars and Shuttle 2+2 personnel carriers. The model names for the recalled products are TXT, Freedom and Shuttle 2+2. The model names are printed on the sides of the Freedom and Shuttle 2+2 vehicles, and the E-Z-GO logo is on the front of all three vehicles. The recalled vehicles have 9-horsepower engines and serial numbers ranging from 1451059 through 2341739. The serial numbers of early production vehicles are found on plates located on the passenger side dash housing. The serial numbers of late production vehicles are found on plates located on the body below the driver's seat and on the chassis between the seat back supports.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Originally issued December 16, 1988; Revised August 27, 2001 Release # 88-111 Century Recalling E-Z Go Strollers WASHINGTON -- Century Products Company, of Macedonia, Ohio voluntarily recalled some 14,600 umbrella strollers to correct mechanical problems. Undertaken in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall involves three strollers sold nationally: model numbers 11-066DI and 11-077SA sold under the E-Z Go brand name, and model number 11-074SR sold by Sears as an "Infant Umbrella-Style Stroller. Model numbers are found on the instruction sheet and on the stroller's legs. All strollers were distributed between January and May, 1988. Century Products Company said seat backs and a rear locking brace may not perform properly. When a toddler strapped in the stroller leans too far forward, or if the stroller comes to an abrupt stop, the child may fall forward and strike his head. Also, when the person pushing the stroller accidentally kicks the rear locking brace, the stroller will fold on the child whose fingers could be pinched as the adult attempts to re-open the stroller. Consumers having the stroller should stop using the product and discard or destroy the product. The return program is no longer available.
