Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Overland Series, Touring Edition, and E-Series travel trailers. The certification labels list an incorrect cargo carrying capacity, which can allow the trailer to become overloaded. As such, these trailers fail to comply with 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling certain 2022 Overland series trailers, model numbers 191MDB, 190MDB, 170MBH, and 170MRB. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.
This recall involves bottles of the prescription drug Evrysdi, a prescription medicine used to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in adults and children 2 months of age and older. The recalled 100 mL amber bottles have "Evrysdi (risdiplam) for oral solution," the dosage and "NDC 20242-175-07" on the front of the bottle labels.
This recall involves silver heart bracelets and sweet charm necklaces for children. The 6-inch, silver-plated bracelets have 10 silver hearts and circle links, a lobster claw clasp, and one silver heart-shaped charm. The necklaces are gold plated on a 13-inch box chain with a 2-inch extender, a lobster claw closure and three charms - a pink ice cream cone, a pink crystal cupcake and a gold-plated tag with "SWEET" engraved.
The recalled swing sets include the "To Fro" models listed below with any numbers in the series of model number codes listed. For example, for the first entry, S1-8, all single bay, 8 foot swings beginning with the model number S1-8 would be included in the recall. Kompan has not manufactured the swing since December 31, 2003 and has not sold it since December 31, 2008. The freezers that are part of this program were made before 1970 by more than 40 manufacturers, a number of whom do not exist today. Consumers can determine if their chest freezer poses a hazard by trying to open the freezer without using the handle. If the freezer can be opened by pulling up on sides of the lid, it is not a hazard. If the lid only opens by using the handle, it needs to be properly disposed of or disabled. Up to 9 million chest freezers were manufactured between 1945 and 1970 before voluntary safety standards went into effect, allowing freezers to be opened from the inside.
