(Cummins) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 Cummins Power Generation Generator sets, models C60D6R, C150D2RE, C100D6R, C200D6R, C200D2RE, C275D2RE, and C300D6R, manufactured December 18, 2015, to October 3, 2016. The affected generator sets have been mounted on trailers, and due to the possibility that the door hinges may fail, the generator set doors may detach while the trailer is being moved.

The frame serial numbers are located on the bottom front of the base near the power switch. The ClimbMills are black and gray with Matrix printed on the side of the machine. These four-step exercise machines are used in commercial fitness facilities such as health clubs, hotels, apartment complexes, rehabilitation centers, schools, and municipal facilities.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain model year 2003-2006 Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter 2500 and 3500 vans manufactured June 30, 2003, to August 31, 2006. The instrument cluster on the affected vehicles fails to illuminate the BRAKE warning lamp in the instrument cluster during the vehicle start up bulb-function check. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems."

Recalled units have a serial number between LLV34601 and LLV39980. The leaf and lawn vacuums are towed behind a riding lawnmower to collect leaves and are tan and black in color with a set of two wheels on each side. The DR logo with "Professional Power Done Right" and "leaf and lawn vacuum" are printed on the side of the vacuum. The serial number is located on the left side of the tow bar near the engine.
