Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain Graco My Ride 65 convertible child restraints, models 1871689, 1908152, 1813074, 1872691, 1853478, 1877535, 1813015, and 1794334. In the event of a crash, the child seat webbing may not adequately restrain the child. As such, these car seats fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain Graco TurboBooster booster seats, models 1967886, 1963973, 1963974, 1963975, 1963976, and 1975173, manufactured between December 22, 2015, and April 5, 2016. The instructions for the booster seats are missing the information that the seats should be securely belted to the vehicle at all times, even if the seat is unoccupied. As such, these seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
Graco Children's Products, Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain Extend2Fit Convertible child seats manufactured November 27, 2015, to January 20, 2016. The affected child seats may have the recline label affixed at the wrong location, resulting in confusion about how to use the seat properly. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain Milestone child seats, model numbers 1910130, 1923980, 1926538, and 1926539, for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." The affected child seat have labels that are missing the required phrase "Secure this child restraint with the vehicle's child restraint anchorage system (LATCH) if available or with a vehicle belt."
Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain ComfortSport child restraints, model numbers 1813040 and 1794333; Ready Ride child restraints, model numbers 1924520 and 1924519; and Classic Ride child restraints, model number 1812930. These seats were manufactured between March 1, 2014, and February 28, 2015. The affected convertible child restraints are missing a statement on the affixed label that informs of location of the instruction manual. Without the notice on the fixed label, these seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213 "Child Restraint Systems."
This recall includes eleven Graco and Century-branded strollers with model names Aspen, Breeze, Capri, Cirrus, Glider, Kite, LiteRider, Sierra, Solara, Sterling and TravelMate. All models are a single-occupant stroller with an external sliding fold-lock hinge on each side and a one-hand fold release mechanism on the handle. Strollers with a manufacture date from August 1, 2000 to September 25, 2014 are included in the recall. Model numbers and the date of manufacture are printed on the white label located at the bottom of the stroller leg just above the rear wheel.
Graco Children's Products (Graco) is recalling certain rear-facing child restraints manufactured between July 2010 and May 2013, models SnugRide, SnugRide Classic Connect (including Classic Connect 30 and 35), SnugRide 30, SnugRide 35, SnugRide Click Connect 40, and Aprica A30. The defect involves difficulty in unlatching the harness buckle. In some cases, the buckle becomes stuck in a latched condition so that it cannot be opened by depressing the buckle's release button.
On February 7, 2014, Graco Children's Products, Inc. (Graco) informed NHTSA that it would be recalling model year 2009 through 2013 toddler and booster child restraints, models Cozy Cline, Comfort Sport, Classic Ride 50, My Ride 65, My Ride w/Safety Surround, My Ride 70, Size 4 Me 70, Smart Seat, Nautilus, Nautilus Elite, and Argos 70. On March 7, 2014, Graco informed NHTSA it would be including an additional 403,222 seats in this recall, including certain model year 2006 through 2014 Argos 70 Elite, Ready Ride, Step 2, My Ride 65 with Safety Surround, My Size 70, Head Wise 70 with Safety Surround, Nautilus 3-in-1, Nautilus Plus, and Smart Seat with Safety Surround. The defect involves difficulty in unlatching the harness buckle. In some cases, the buckle becomes stuck in a latched condition so that it cannot be opened by depressing the buckle's release button.
This recall involves all Harmony™ High Chairs. The Harmony™ high chair was manufactured from November 2003 through December 2009 and is no longer in production. The model number can be found on the label that is located on the underside of the foot rest. Only strollers or travel systems with a plastic, jointed hinge mechanism that has indented canopy positioning notches are included in this recall. The recalled strollers were manufactured between October 2004 and February 2008. The model number and manufacture date are located on the lower inside portion of the rear frame, just above the rear wheels.
The recalled doorway jumper includes an interactive musical dance mat and two detachable toys. The model number, 1755544, appears on the carton UPC label and on the underside of the jumper tray. The doorway jumpers were sold from April 2009 through July 2009.
The soft block tower is a stack of three different shaped stuffed fabric blocks in red, yellow and blue. Pictures of apples, fire engines, ducks, bananas, birds and blueberries on the blocks are covered in plastic film. The soft blocks are one of nine toys that snap onto the tray of the activity center. Only model number 4635BEE with serial numbers 012705 through 063005, which indicates the manufacture dates of January 27, 2005 through June 30, 2005, are included in this recall. Model and serial numbers are located underneath the activity center's tray.
The Contempo™ highchairs have an "A" frame design. The highchairs feature six height adjustment positions and three recline positions. The recalled highchairs have model numbers that begin with 3800, 3803, 3804, 3805, 3810 and 3811 followed by a three-letter fashion code. Model numbers included in the recall include: 3800COU, 3800DRB, 3800FMT, 3800GGG, 3800GRM, 3800HEM, 3800JEN, 3800LEG, 3800MNS, 3800OWD, 3800SND, 3800TFE, 3800RIT, 3803HRL, 3804CNR, 3805BDA, 3810PEW, 3810PST and 3811PST. The highchairs were manufactured from October 27, 2005 through November 22, 2006. The model number and manufacturing date are printed underneath the snack tray of these highchairs.
The recalled Duo Tandem strollers, manufactured between 1994 and 1999, have two seats, one seat in front and one seat in back. The strollers have a blue, white or green plastic and steel frame. They have four wheels in the front and two wheels in the rear. The cloth seats and tops have various colors and patterns. There is a label with the model and serial number on the stroller's frame. Only strollers with serial numbers and model numbers listed below are included in this recall. The cloth seat and top have various colors and patterns. The strollers have four wheels in the front and two wheels in the rear. These strollers were sold as a stand-alone stroller and also as part of a travel system that included an infant car seat/carrier and a base. The car seat/carrier is not affected. There is a label on the cross bar under the foot rest containing the model and serial number. Only strollers with serial numbers between 10012000 and 12312001 in the first 8 digits and the following model numbers are included in this recall. The recalled Graco toddler beds are white plastic and steel with openings between the slats in the guard rails and footboard. The beds were sold under the names "Cozy Toddler Bed," "Glow-in-the-Dark Toddler Bed," and "Classic Toddler Bed." There is a label on the guard rail or leg containing one of the following model numbers: "8801, 8801WR, 8821, 8824, 8828, 8833, 30066, 34434 and 11030," a serial number, and the manufacturer's address. Model 8828's headboard has a blue sky with a yellow moon and stars. Model 8801WR has red legs. "Graco" is printed on all of the beds' footboards.
The recalled Travel Lite portable swings have an adjustable reclining seat, a rotating handle and a canopy and include model numbers 1850JJP, 1850JGB, and 1870DAL. The swings, which were manufactured between May 2003 and December 11, 2003, also have a serial number between 050503 and 121103. Both the model and serial numbers can be found on a white label underneath the seat. The swings have the words, "Graco" and "Travel Lite swing" printed on each side, and have buttons on the handle to activate lights and music. On the underside of the handle are multicolored designs of the sun, moon, and stars that light up when the light button is pressed.
All Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae distributed by Graco are included in this recall. Specifically, Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae were distributed with Graco High Chair model numbers 3656CUB, 3658FKB, 3659KER, 3659NGS, 3660WNN and 35605 manufactured between July 22, 2002 and March 9, 2003, and Graco Tot Wheels Mobile Entertainer models 4522OTM, 4522TOTM, 4521ALP, 35628 and 4512FUN manufactured between November 8, 2001 and March 9, 2003. Bumble Bee toys with blue antennae were also distributed separately as an accessory and a replacement part with model number 548094S. Bumble Bee toys with yellow or black antennae are not affected.
The recalled activity centers include the Tot Wheels V, models 4511 and 4521, and the Convertible Entertainer, models 4652 and 35225. The model numbers and the words, "made in U.S.A." are printed on a label on the underside of the tray on the activity centers. The green wavy toy track sits on the tray of the activity center. Five objects spin and slide along the toy track.
The Snack and Activity Tray can attach to high chairs, strollers, swings and other flat surfaces. There are four toys on each tray, including a toucan with a rainbow colored beak, a clear ball with colored beads inside, a yellow star with a mirror on one side and a green dog. "Mix 'N Move™" is molded on the toucan, ball and dog. The toys are removable and interchangeable with other Mix 'N Move™ toys, which are purchased separately.

Riggins, (610) 286-5951 CPSC, Graco Announce Recall of Highchairs WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Graco Children's Products Inc., of Elverson, Pa., is voluntarily recalling about 860,000 highchairs. The chair's legs can come out, causing the chair to fall to the ground. Children can suffer serious injuries from the fall. Graco has received 108 reports of the highchair legs coming out of the seat, including 105 injuries. Injuries have included a mild concussion, two broken noses, six cuts requiring stitches, black eyes, and bumps and bruises. The model and serial numbers of these Graco highchairs are located on a sticker beneath the seat. The model number contains "3170," "36051" or "74001" within it. The first six numbers in the serial number indicate the date of manufacture. The recalled highchairs were manufactured from January 1, 1995 through December 8, 1997 (or from 010195 through 120897). The highchairs are made of a white plastic seat with white metal legs, and "Graco" is printed on the front of the tray. Mass merchandise, juvenile products and discount department stores nationwide sold these highchairs from January 1995 through June 1998 for between $30 and $35. Consumers should stop using the highchairs immediately and call Graco at (800) 345-4109 anytime to receive a free repair kit.
