This recall involves two styles of children's overall sets. One set is a red plaid denim overall with a white shirt trimmed in red, sold in sizes 12 through 24 months. The other set is a navy blue corduroy overall with a white shirt trimmed in green, sold in sizes 3 through 9 months. Both styles have decorative train appliqués on the front of the overalls. The collar tag of the overalls reads, "Starting Out."

This recall involves the e3 Buggy, which is a three-wheeled stroller with a black steel tubing frame. It is sold in a variety of fabric colors. An additional seat, known as a "Doubles Kit," can be added directly behind the main stroller's seat allowing a second child to ride in the stroller. This seat can either be added on top of the stroller's frame or attached on top of the rear axle in the lower position. When used in the lower position, a seated child can reach the wheels.

The N.I.C.E. P200 is a black portable navigation and entertainment device that can be attached to a vehicle's windshield. The device has a 4-inch touch screen LCD monitor and contains one lithium battery. "Clarion" and "N.I.C.E. P200" are printed on the device. "Clarion NAVBATTERY," "Rechargeable Li-Polymer Battery," and "Made in Korea" are printed on the battery. Only N.I.C.E. P200 units with serial numbers ending in "UE" or "UF" are affected by this recall. The serial number is located on a white label on the back of the device.
This recall involves the "Ellis" children's boots sold in pre-walk and toddler sizes 3 through 9. The boots are black with white stitching and were sold with either leather or faux fur lining. "See Kai Run" is written on the sole and insole of the boots. . "Ellis - FF" or "Ellis - L" is written on the side of the shoe box under the Style heading. No other styles or models are included in this recall.
A product mix-up in which the labeling indicates a Triathlon X# CR Tibial Bearing Insert Size #2 - 11MM, however, the device inside the package is actually a Triathlon X3 CR Tibial Bearing insert Size # 7 - 11MM and vice versa.
