The Kiddie Car Cruiser is a battery-operated ride-on toy car that measures about 27 inches high by 30 inches wide and 44 inches long. "Turbo" and "Cruiser" are printed on labels on the side of the ride-on toys.
The recall involves 110/220 volt All-in-One Universal Travel Adapters. The black adapter unit provides four different types of power connection, based on the different electrical outlets worldwide. The recalled adapters have the brand name "Targus" printed on the front. On the side of the adapter is a switch to allow the user to select one of the three country settings: "USA/Aust/N.Z." or "Europe" or "U.K."
These wall ovens come in single or double oven models in three color options: stainless steel, black, or white. The Wall Oven/Single (WOS) models have these serial numbers, indicating the date of manufacture in 2003 and 2004 (the blank can be any of the letters A through L): 03_00001A to 03_00155A 04_00001A to 04_01093A The Wall Oven/Double (WOSD) models have these serial numbers (the blank can be any of the letters A through L): 04_00001A to 04_00210A
The recalled baby walkers have model number 408 or 423 written on a label sewn into the seats. Model 408 has a white and black tray and a black printed fabric base and seat, measuring about 25 inches by 28 inches. Model 423 has a red tray and a purple plastic base measuring about 25 inches by 28 inches. Both models have eight snap-in wheels and a label sewn into the seat that reads "DREAM ON ME IND INC. BROOKYN, NY 112321, MADE IN CHINA."
These are children's athletic shoes in prewalk and toddler sizes. The shoes are white with different color trim and come in sizes 0 to 10. The brand name "Smart Fit" or "Teeny Toes" is written on the sole and insole of the shoes. The recalled shoes have one of the following five-digit numbers, found on a label on the bottom of the shoe tongue: 31056, 31057, 31219, 32264, 32265, 33060 and 33061. No other styles or models are included in this recall.
This recall involves single swings and acrobatic swings sold separately or as part of the Backyard Products wood gym set. Additional options to the gym sets include overhead ladders, slides, swings, and forts. A yellow, triangular metal gusset on the gym sets contains the brand name, "Backyard Products™" followed by "Collingwood, ON Canada." Model names and numbers are located on the assembly instructions.
The nasal transfer tube may be missing from the package of the affected lot.
The recalled fax machines include the OKIFAX® 5780, 5980, 5980DL models, and Konica 9880 model (manufactured by Oki Data Americas Inc.), with serial numbers beginning with 3110A, 311A, 312A, 401A and 402A. The model number is found on the top right hand side on the front of the unit and the serial numbers can be found on the back of the unit, bottom of case, centered, on the black and white bar code label.
The heavy cardboard books were sold under eight different titles that feature photos or illustrations of the title theme: Dinosaurs, Emergency! (with a fire truck on the cover), Kitty's Adventure, On The Road (with a yellow Volkswagon Beetle on the cover), Puppy's Busy Day, Tractors, Trains, and Trucks. All the books have a raised sound button in the lower right corner, which features a sound relevant to the title. The "DK" logo is in the lower left corner of the books.
These universal electric outlet adaptor plugs were sold as either the Worldwide or Universal Adaptor Plug under four brand names: Samsonite, Royal Traveller, American Tourister and El Portal. "MODEL: 1804" is written on the bottom of the adaptor plug. They contain three adaptor plugs, which are used by travelers worldwide to connect electrical plugs into electrical sockets. The adaptors include a hard plastic case, which houses the three different plugs. A knob on the top of the product can be turned to extend the plugs for use.

The recalled test leads are red and black with no permanent probes attached. They have the Fluke logo on the connector ends. They were sold individually, as well as with a variety of Fluke multimeters and accessory kits. The recall includes only Fluke Model TL221, TL222 and TL224 test leads. The model numbers are not written on the test leads, but are written on the packaging or on product documents. The recall does not include Fluke test leads with permanently attached test probes, and does not include test leads with a SureGrip™ symbol, shown below, either on a tag around the silicon wire or molded onto the connector end. Fluke test leads with a SureGrip™ symbol are not included in the recall.
