KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2025 390 Adventure R, 390 SMC R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Enduro R motorcycles. Engine vibrations may cause the side stand spring to break and the side stand to fall to the ground.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, 2024-2025 390 Duke, 2025 390 SMC R, 390 Enduro R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Adventure R motorcycles. The engine control software may cause the engine to stall at low rpms, resulting in a loss of power.
KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2024 990 Duke, 390 Duke, 250 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 motorcycles. The seal on the fuel filler cap may develop cracks and leak fuel.
This recall involves model years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Off-Road Motorcycles. The GASGAS off-road motorcycles are red with the white GASGAS logo on both sides of the shrouds. The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds. The 2022 model year recalled motorcycles have the letter N in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The 2023 model year recalled motorcycles have the letter P in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The 2024 model year recalled motorcycles have the letter R in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The 2025 model year recalled motorcycles have the letter S in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The VIN number is located on the right side of the steering head. The following model numbers and model names are located on the rear fender or rear side panel. KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling all 2020-2022 1290 Super Duke R and Super Duke R EVO motorcycles. The main wiring harness may be misrouted or missing parts, which can cause wiring harness damage and result in an electrical short-circuit or engine stall.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles with equipped with TKC80 tires. Please refer to KTM's recall report for specific model details. Cracks longer than 3/16 inch may develop in the tread grooves. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 119, "New Pneumatic Tires-Other Than Passenger Cars."
This recall involves KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS closed course competition motorcycles with models KTM 2022 125 SX, 125 XC, 150 SX, Husqvarna TC 125 and GASGAS MC 125. Model numbers are printed on the side panel or rear fender. The KTM motorcycles are orange, black and white with a white KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds. The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the blue Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds. The GASGAS motorcycles are red with a white GASGAS logo on both sides of the shrouds.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2018-2020 690 Enduro R, Vitpilen 701, 701 Enduro, 701 Supermoto, 2019-2020 690 SMC R, Svartpilen, 2018-2019 690 Duke, and 2020 701 Enduro LR motorcycles. The bellow-style gasket on the clutch slave cylinder may have been damaged during manufacturing, which could cause the clutch to become inoperable and not disengage when the clutch lever is pulled in.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2019-2020 KTM 790 Adventure and 790 Adventure R, and 2020 KTM 790 Adventure R Rally motorcycles. The front brake master cylinder piston return spring may be too weak to return the brake piston to its original position, reducing the functionality of the front brake.
This recall involves the following model year 2021 KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS off-road closed course/competition motorcycles: KTM 250 SX, 250 SX-F, 350 SX-F and 450 SMR; Husqvarna TC 125 and FC 250; and GASGAS MC 125, MC 250F and MC 450F. The KTM motorcycles are orange, black and white with a white KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds. The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the blue Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds. The GASGAS motorcycles are red with a white GASGAS logo on both sides of the shrouds. This recall involves model year 2019 KTM 50 SX and Husqvarna TC 50 closed course/competition motorcycles with 50cc 2-cycle engines. Only model year 2019 motorcycles that have the letter K in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number which is located on the right side of the steering head are included in the recall. The KTM motorcycles are orange and white with the KTM logo on both sides of the radiator shrouds covering the fuel tank. Printed on both side panels below the rear seat is 50 SX. The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the Husqvarna logo and TC 50 printed on both sides of the radiator shrouds covering the fuel tank.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2015-2016 1290 Super Adventure motorcycles. Fuel may leak from the fuel tank cover mounting insert area.
This recall involves model year 2016, 2017 and 2018 Husqvarna closed course/competition motorcycles with 450cc, 4-cycle engines. The motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the Husqvarna logo on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The engine size FS 450 is printed on both sides of the side panel below the rear of the seat. Model year 2016 motorcycles will have the letter G in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). Model year 2017 motorcycles will have the letter H in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). Model year 2018 motorcycles will have the letter J in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The VIN number is located on the right side of the steering head.

KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2016-2017 KTM 1290 Super Duke GT motorcycles. The preformed fuel hose can develop small holes or cracks, potentially causing a fuel leak.
KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 1290 Super Adventure motorcycles manufactured December 1, 2014, to March 10, 2016, and 2013-2016 1190 Adventure and Adventure R motorcycles manufactured November 20, 2012, to April 25, 2016. In the affected vehicles, the wiring harness can fray and contact the ABS modulator. If the brake line is electrically conductive, the brake line may overheat and melt.
