Hiniker Company (Hiniker) is recalling certain Series 700, 2000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, and 9500 snowplows, part number, HTBX 38828015. The motherboard may overheat, causing the snowplow controls and/or lighting to fail. As such, these snowplows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."
The recalled football helmet chin strap consists of a plastic cup with a foam liner, straps and four metal snaps. They were sold in both youth and adult sizes and come in black/gray and white/gray color combinations. The Nike Swoosh trademark is printed on the outside of the chin cup and DRI-FIT™ is printed on the foam liner. "Made in China" and one of the following four style numbers is printed on the inside of the strap: FA0016 046, FA0016 130, FA0021 046, or FA0021 130.
The "GET-GO" and "LITTLE GET-GO" children's athletic shoes come in various color combinations and were sold in toddler and pre-school sizes 2C through 3Y. The Nike Swoosh symbol is on the outside and sole of the shoe. All shoes close with a strap. The style name "GET-GO" or "LITTLE GET-GO" is written on the shoe box. The recalled shoes have one of the following six-digit numbers on a label inside the shoe just above the UPC code: 308638, 308639, 308642 and 308647. Only these style numbers are included in this recall.

Announce Recall of Jordan Trunner Cross-Training Shoes WASHINGTON, D.C.- In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), NIKE USA Inc., of Beaverton, Ore., is voluntarily recalling about 425,000 pairs of Jordan Trunner cross-training shoes. The models being recalled are the Trunner, Trunner Mid, Trunner Bubble, and Trunner 2000. The shoes have a thin metal strip on the outside of the heel that can protrude from the shoe and form a sharp edge that can cut consumers. NIKE has received six reports of the metal strip protruding from the Bubble, including five cuts to the lower leg that required stitches; one injury report on the Trunner; and no injury reports on the Trunner Mid or Trunner 2000. The Trunner Mid and 2000 models are included in the recall to prevent the possibility of injury. Models of the Jordan Trunner that do not have the metal heel clip are not included in this recall. The shoes have a thin metal strip on the outside of the heel that can protrude from the shoe and form a sharp edge that can cut consumers. NIKE has received 16 reports of consumers receiving cuts to the lower legs from the metal strip on these shoes, including several reports of persons requiring stitches. The NIKE Jordan Trunner LX and Jordan Trunner 2000 Mid shoes being recalled have a strip of metal about 4-inches long at the upper part of the back of the shoe, which is encased in plastic. These shoes are size six and higher, and have model numbers 136040 (the Jordan Trunner LX) and model number 136050 (the Jordan Trunner 2000 Mid). On the Trunner LX, the model number is located on a label on the inside tongue of the shoe, above the UPC code. On the Trunner 2000 Mid, the model number is located above the UPC code on a label inside the heel of the shoe. The Trunner LX is available in various color combinations. The Trunner LX has a Velcro strip instead of laces, and has the word "JORDAN" on a cloth strip just below the Velcro strap and also on the bottom of the shoe. The Trunner 2000 Mid comes in two color combinations: white and black with metallic silver trim, and black and gray with fluorescent yellow trim. The name "JORDAN" appears in block letters near the shoelaces and on the bottom of the shoe, and "TRUNNER" appears on the back heel of the shoe over the metal strip. Major athletic shoe stores and department stores nationwide sold these shoes from May 2000 to February 2001 for between $100 and $125. Consumers should stop using these cross-training shoes and immediately return them to the store where purchased to receive a substitute product or a store credit. The drinking valve on the cap can detach, posing a choking hazard. NIKE has received one report of a valve detaching during use. There have been no reports of injuries. The NIKE Sport Waterbottle is a curved-shaped, 22-ounce bottle with a separate, black screw-top lid. The bottle body comes in gray, blue or yellow, and has a black rubberized grip area on each side. The word "NIKE" is on the bottom of the bottle. The NIKE "Swoosh" logo appears on the cap, and on the bottom and the grip area of the bottle. Major sporting goods and department stores nationwide sold these bottles from April 1999 through July 1999 for about $7. Consumers should stop using these bottles immediately. Consumers can either return the bottles to the store where purchased for a credit, or contact NIKE to receive a redesigned cap. Consumers wanting a new cap should throw the old cap in the trash. NIKE testing determined the red trim paint on these shoes contain amounts of lead that exceed Federal standards for children's products. Prolonged exposure to high levels of lead presents a poisoning hazard to young children. NIKE has received one consumer complaint regarding the shoe and possible ingestion of a paint chip. The NIKE Little Air Jordan XIV shoes come in white with red painted trim, and were sold in children sizes 2C through 10C. The word "JORDAN" is on the outside tongue of the shoe. The shoes have model number 132549 102. The model number is located on the label on the inside tongue of the shoe, above the UPC code. The basketball shoes have a small, decorative metal rivet located on the outside of the shoe that can bend and form a sharp edge. NIKE has received about 35 reports of high school and college age basketball players receiving cuts to the lower legs, including two reports of players requiring stitches. The NIKE Air Face Up men's basketball shoes being recalled are model numbers 830080, 139358 and 630327. The model number is located on the label on the inside tongue of the shoe, above the UPC code. The shoe is a mid-cut men's basketball shoe that comes in multiple color combinations. The shoe has a visible window, about 2 inches long, in the heel of the shoe. The words "NIKE AIR" are on the outside tongue of the shoe. The word "TEAM" is on the back of the shoe. Major athletic shoe stores and department stores nationwide sold the NIKE Air Face Up basketball shoes from June 1998 through October 1998 for about $85. Stuffed Toy Bears Recalled Superior & NIKE NEWS from CPSC U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Office of Information and Public Affairs Washington, DC 20207 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 24, 1986 Release # 86-074 Stuffed Toy Bears Recalled Because Of Small Parts WASHINGTON, DC -- In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Superior Toy and Novelty Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri and NIKE Inc., of Beaverton, Ore. today announced the voluntary recall of approximately 25,000 stuffed toy bears because they have small parts which could present a choking hazard. The stuffed bears were imported by Superior for NIKE and distributed with NIKE athletic shoes in a "free gift with purchase" promotion Sept.4-14 by Mervyn's department stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. The eyes may separate form the stuffed bears thus posing a choking hazard to children. Stuffed toys with small parts which detach violate federal safety standards. Consumers should return the NIKE stuffed bears to the footwear department of the nearest Mervyn's store. A certificate for a $5 credit on the next purchase of NIKE athletic footwear from Mervyn's will be issued for each NIKE bear returned. Superior and NIKE have initiated this recall in the interest of the safety of consumers, although there have been no reported injuries involving these toys.
