Overpressurization leading to exploding cans
This recall involves the DIANA Stormrider Gen 2 Air Rifle with 2-stage adjustable trigger. The recalled products are .177 and .22 caliber, pre-charged pneumatic air rifles that are powered by a compressed air cylinder. "DIANA Stormrider" as well as the caliber and serial number are printed on each affected air rifle. Old World Industries, LLC (Old World) is recalling certain Peak Lithium Rechargeable Jump-Starters, model PKC0LS, manufactured December 22, 2014, to March 24, 2015. The affected jump-starters contain a lithium battery that may overheat.
A customer reported that a patient suffered a burn while using the device.
The recalled 2400-mAH NIMH batteries are used in the 930TM, 930HT and 940TM public announcement system microphones. Only batteries with part number 374-30-400-00, printed on the light green sleeve of the battery, are included in the recall.
The recall includes two styles of battery-operated electronic musical toys. The multi-colored toys come in the shape of a drum and a xylophone, and are sold with a drumstick for playing the musical toy. The recalled toys have a label affixed to the top of the package that reads "LIGHT & SOUND MUSICAL TOY" and "TOY TUNES." A second label affixed to the bottom right of the package reads "TRY ME!" The label affixed on the back of the package contains, "DOLLAR TREE DIST., CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320" and "MADE IN CHINA."
This recall involves the Snow Peak Giga Power White Gas Stove GS-010. The stove is a white gas camping stove with an output of 10,000 BTU. The stove's main feature is that it will ignite without priming. Model numbers are located on the instruction manual. The brand name "Snow Peak" is on the front base of the stove, two of the four support legs, and the fuel bottle.
The recalled candles were sold in packages containing eight tea light candles and one glass holder in the shape of a flower. The 1-inch-tall candles were available in either gold or silver. A label affixed to the top of the package containing the recalled candles reads "Luminessence™ candles, 8 T-Lite Candles with Glass Holder, NET WT 3.2 oz (EACH 10G)." The label affixed to the bottom of the package reads, "DOLLAR TREE DIST., CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320, MADE IN CHINA."
