Choking Hazard

The metal water bottles are about 9 inches tall and have a black rubber pull up sip top. The following water bottles are included in this recall. The style number and "Pottery Barn Kids" are printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the water bottle. Matelassé Crib Bumpers (Pottery Barn Kids) – Entanglement Hazard (2007)

This recall involves the Diamond Matelassé, Floral Matelassé and Polka Dot Matelassé crib bumpers made of 100% cotton. The Diamond Matelassé bumpers are white and have decorative thread in pink, blue, green, yellow or chocolate stitched along the scalloped edge. The Polka Dot and Floral bumpers come in assorted colors with matching decorative stitching. A label on the bumper reads "pottery barn kids".

Cameron Toy Chest (Pottery Barn Kids) – Safety Concern (2005)

This recall includes the Cameron toy chest in model numbers 4825378 (Honey), 6252852 (Espresso) and 4825386 (White). The product name and model number is located on a label affixed to the back of the toy chest. Inside the lid of the toy chest is a blackboard and an extra storage shelf. The toy chests are made of American hardwood frame with veneer panels and measure 40 x 18 x 20" high.

Chamois Blankets (Pottery Barn Kids) – Material Safety (2005)

This recall involves children's chamois blankets made of 100% polyester. The blankets were sold in yellow, pink, blue and green, and the reverse side of all the blankets are white. Decorative yarn in a coordinating color is stitched around the blanket's edge. The blanket measures 30 inches wide by 40 inches long and are labeled for stroller use. A label on the blanket reads "pottery barn kids" and "Made in Korea."

Choking Hazard

The clackers are made of three wooden star shapes, tied together, with the two outside stars painted red, white or blue. The center star and handle are made of natural wood. The toys measure about 6 inches long. The handle has a gold "Made in China" label and a white label reading, "Intended for Children over 6 months of Age." The Ride-On Duck is a yellow wooden duck-shaped toy with orange wheels and bill, that measures 12 inches high by 20 inches long. It has a gold "Made in China" label on the bottom.
