Columbia Northwest, Inc. (Columbia Northwest) is recalling certain 2016-2017 Somerset Chesapeake and Somerset Newport recreational trailers. A weld on the front A-frame bars may fail, possibly allowing the front of the trailer to drop while being towed.
Columbia Northwest, Inc. (Columbia Northwest) is recalling certain 2013-2018 Somerset E3 recreational trailers. The Certification Labels on these vehicles may be missing the Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selections and Rims," and the vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
This recall involves 1.75 mg and 3.5 mg Zolpidem Tartrate sublingual (rapid dissolve) tablets from Novel Laboratories. The prescription medication is a sleep drug. The packaging for the 1.75 mg tablets has lot number M16140A, 1.75 mg and national drug code (NDC) 43386-762-30. The packaging for the 3.5 mg tablets has lot number M16144A, 3.5mg and national drug code (NDC) 43386-761-30. The Zolpidem Tartrate is packaged as a single tablet in a peel-and-push blister pack inside an outer open-ended pouch with 30 pouches per box. The lot number and an expiration date of 02/2018 are printed on the bottom left of the pouches. The NDC is printed on the top left corner of the boxes. "Gavis" is printed in blue on the center of the white boxes and pouches.
Columbia Northwest, Inc. (Columbia) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Somerset E1 and Santa Fe recreational trailers manufactured November 1, 2012, to January 31, 2013, and equipped with Atwood on demand water heaters. The water heaters have a water and gas valve that may cause the heater to overheat the water in the hot water supply tap.
This recall involves Endura 12-watt and Ambient 12.5-watt LED dimmable light bulbs. The bulbs are orange in color and have "MADE IN CHINA," "Fabrique in Chine" followed by a slanted "S," and the model number 9290001829 printed on the gray plastic band on the neck of the bulbs. The date codes, 2L for the Endura bulbs and 2K or 2L for the Ambient bulbs, are printed on the metal screw base. The bulbs give off a white light and are used indoors to replace incandescent bulbs. Columbia Northwest is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Somerset Niagara trailers manufactured January 2012 through July 2013 and equipped with 14" aluminum wheels and corresponding lug nuts. The aluminum wheels may disengage from the axle hub.
This recall involves Philips EnergySaver, a/k/a Marathon and Marathon Classic Compact Fluorescent dimmable reflector lamps, models R30, R40 and PAR 38 manufactured between March 2007 and May 2010.
