Karhu Snowshoe Bindings (Trak Inc.) – Equipment Failure (2003)

This recall involves bindings sold on the "Karhu Meta Sweeper" and "Karhu Morph Sweeper" snowshoes. The orange hybrid snowshoe Meta is 120 cm and has blue universal bindings. The blue Morph Sweeper is 130 cm with blue universal bindings. The snowshoes are high back, with a front toe strap and a pivot point.

Zenith Projection TV – Electrical Safety (2003)

The projection televisions recalled in this expansion and the earlier program have 46-60 inch screens and were manufactured from April 1995 through July 1997, and August 1998 through November 1998. The date of manufacture can be found on the white label on the back of the set. These televisions were manufactured in Mexico. Projection televisions manufactured after 1998 are not included in this recall.

Regent Halogen Bulb (Cooper Lighting) – Inadequate Warning (2003)

Current packaging for the Regent 500-Watt Halogen Bulb, with model numbers WM500Q and BP500Q, does not contain the recommended warning label of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The label should read, "Warning: Fire Hazard! Do Not Use In Torchieres Or Other Indoor Residential Fixtures." Cooper has asked retailers to add the label to bulb packaging currently on store shelves and new 500-watt halogen bulbs will contain the label.

Polaris Predator ATV – Safety Risk (2003)

Only Polaris model year 2003 Predator ATVs with model numbers A00GJ50AA and A00GJ50AB are part of this recall. The model number can be found on the lower left frame tube ahead of the engine. The ATVs have a red seat with gray and black chassis. "Predator" is prominently displayed on the right and left side of the front cab covering the fuel tank.

APC Back-UPS Power Supply – Technical Issue (2003)

The recalled Back-UPS® CS Uninterruptible Power Supply devices include the Back-UPS CS350 and the Back-UPS CS 500 models. The model number can be found on the front of the unit, along with the words, "Back-UPS CS" and "APC." In addition, one of the following numbers shows up on the bar code label located on the bottom of the unit: BK350, BK500, BK500BLK. The recalled power supply devices also have one of the following serial numbers - AB0048 through AB0251, BB0104 through BB0251, and JB0125 through JB0251 - which can be found on the bottom of the unit. Units with an "R" at the end of the serial number within the above ranges are not part of this recall.

Subwoofers (Madrigal) – Speaker Design Problem (2002)

The recalled Revel B-15 subwoofers have an outer cabinet with a black or gray speaker grill on the front and are about 20 inches in width, height, and depth. The brand name "Revel" is printed on the bottom left of the rear panel and "PERFORMA B15 SUBWOOFER" is printed on the bottom right.

Camping Stoves (Century Tool) – Potential Safety Issue (2002)

The recalled stoves include the Century, Hillary, and LL Bean brand names. The stoves have a drip tray, two or three burners, and a black or green base, with a label identifying the brand name. The manufacturing date (050202 through 073102) and model number (4660, 4665, 4675, 4730, 4960, 72861, and 4960LLB) are printed on the inside of the stove's lid.

Power Equipment Engines (Tecumseh) – Engine Malfunction (2002)

The recalled engines, which were manufactured in the United States, have model numbers HMSK 80 through 110 and HM 80 through 100, which can be found on the lower left side of the engine housing. The recalled engines also have a date of manufacture code (DOM) between 02175 and 02268 followed by the letter "C", which can be found on the engine identification decal. The HMSK models are 8 to 11 horsepower Snow King® snowthrower engines, while the HM models are 8 to 10 horsepower Utility engines. The recalled garments are white, with a fuzzy cotton/polyester exterior, and lined with bird's-eye cotton. They are hooded with a snap front and available in sizes 6-12 months, 12-18 months and 18-24 months. These jackets have the UPC codes 024911, 024912 or 024913 on the collar tag.

The recall involves Physical Science-brand, heather-gray, hooded sweatshirts with a full-zippered front and "P87" embroidered on the left chest. The sweatshirts come in sizes small through XXL, and have two sewn-in labels: one reads "PHYS.SCI" and the other reads "65% COTTON," "35% POLYESTER," "RN 17730," MADE IN CHINA" and "SEE REVERSE FOR CARE." This recall does not include any other "PHYS.SCI" brand garments.

The recalled Stihl chain saws include model number MS 170 and MS 180 C with serial numbers 255120848 through 255122797 and 255739074 through 255741150. The name "Stihl" and the model numbers are located on the starter housing. The serial number is printed on the housing near the bumper spikes.

The recalled treestands have the following brand names and model numbers: API Hi-Point Cable Cat Climbing Treestand, Model #CC501 and API Buckmaster Grand Slam Climbing Treestand, Model #GS3800BM. The treestands have an olive green frame, camo seats and seatbacks with black nylon cinch straps, and a yellow "WARNING" or "DANGER" label that reads in part, "Safety Restraint Must Be Used At All Times."

The recalled ceiling fans include the following models: the Islander series, with model number FP320 and date codes 01-00 through 03- 02; the Louvre series, with model number FP1320 and date codes 01-00 through 03-02; and the Tropicana series, with the model number FP1600 and date codes 12-01 through 04-02. The model number and date codes can be found on the manufacturer's sticker, located just above the motor of the fan.

45-Inch Electric Cook Tops (Thermador) – Performance Issue (2002)

The recalled electric cook tops were sold under the "Thermador" brand name and have the model number TMH45PS and serial numbers ranging from 82030001 through 82070100. The model number and serial number can be found inside the cook top, under the hinged top. The recalled stainless steel cook tops are 45 inches wide, have four coil elements, and a griddle/grill.

Battery Chargers (Chargetek) – Charging Malfunction (2002)

The chargers were made in the USA and the words "Chargetek CT2000" are printed across the front of the charger's black housing. Indicator lights for charge mode, battery polarity and charge current are also located on the front. Wires for the AC power and three batteries extend from the bottom of the unit. Only models with a serial number in the range of 030260 to 030603 and/or a day code between "Jan 01 2001" and "June 30 2002" are included in the recall. The serial number is written on the top of the charger and the day code is stamped on the bottom.
