Continental Tire the Americas, LLC (Continental) is recalling certain CrossContact LX25 tires with sizes 235/55R18 100H and 225/65R17 102H. The tires may contain rubber compound contaminated with small metal fragments.
Internal testing identified that the GEM Premier PAKs (cartridges) may exhibit an over-recovery (i.e., positive bias) of pO2 results in the low range (at pO2 levels less than 60 mmHg) that are outside of labeled performance specifications for pO2. The positive bias may lead to false positive for medical decision levels at pO2 < 60 mmHg, which may result in failure to detect and/or adequately treat hypoxemia and lead to a delay in treatment. The quality control procedures for the Non-iQM GEM Premier 3000 may not detect the non-conformance.
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Salem and Wildwood fifth wheels. These vehicles may be missing a secondary emergency exit.

Internal studies confirmed the positive shift of Quality Control and patient samples results, up to 15% for Iron Products (Alinity c Iron Reagent REF. 08P3920) to be used on Abbott Alinity Instrument and to 30% for Iron Products (IRON REF. 6K95-41 and IRON REF. 6K95- 30) to be used on Abbott Architect Instrument. When using the affected lots, there is a potential for delay in reporting patient results due to QC failure, also a potential for falsely elevated results.

PACCAR Incorporated (PACCAR) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Kenworth T280, T380, 2020-2024 Peterbilt 548, 536, 2024 Peterbilt 537, and 2020-2024 Kenworth T480 trucks. The timing of the trailer brake release may be delayed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
This recall involves all models of Future Motion Onewheel self-balancing electric skateboards, including Onewheel (original), Onewheel+, Onewheel+ XR, Onewheel Pint, Onewheel Pint X and Onewheel GT. This recall involves Zevo Fly, Gnat and Fruit Fly Flying Insect Killer3 Value Packs. The twin pack aerosol containers are shrink-wrapped together with a white and purple label. The batch code 3045D185EW3 is printed on the bottom of the aerosol containers or on the shrink-wrap. "Zevo Insect Killer" and "Fly, Gnat & Fruit Fly" and "Kills on Contact" are printed on the shrink-wrap.
This recall involves Rust-Oleum Professional Fluorescent Pink Marking Paint in a 15 oz. metal can. The cans have a fluorescent pink plastic lid that matches the color of the paint. Products sold at Lowe's state "WATER BASED FORMULA" on the can. The lot code for the recalled products is S34052 for units sold at Lowe's and S34054 for units sold through other retailers. The lot code is printed on the bottom of the can. Only these lot codes are included in the recall.
This recall involves Solaray Liposomal Women's in 60 and 120 count, Solaray Universal Multivitamin in 60 and 120 count, and Solaray Liposomal Women's 50+ Multivitamin in 120 count. The bottles are a clear silver color with white pop top lids. The white label on the front of the bottles displays the Solaray logo, product name, product type and size count. The 60 count bottles are contained in cartons, which are substantially similar in appearance to the bottles inside. All lots are included in the recall. This recall involves certain VINs of Model Year 2023 Polaris RANGER XP 1000 / XP 1000 Crew, RANGER 1000 / 1000 Crew and Model Year 2024 Polaris Pro XD Full-Size Diesel Crew, Model Year 2024 Gravely ATLAS JSV-3400 and Model Year 2024 Bobcat UV34XL Gas off road vehicles. The RANGER vehicles were sold in the following colors: blue, graphite, camouflage, brown and white. The Pro XD vehicles have gray plastic body panels with a black frame/accents. The RANGER vehicles were sold in three- and six-seat configurations. The Pro XD, Gravely and Bobcat vehicles have two or four seats. The RANGER and Pro XD vehicles have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille, the Gravely vehicles have "Gravely" stamped on the front grille and the Bobcat vehicles have the Bobcat logo on the front grille.
