Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2024 Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER C2 school buses. A rear exterior joint may have been manufactured incorrectly, resulting in insufficient joint strength. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 221, "School Bus Body Joint Strength."

Baby Trend, Inc. (Baby Trend) is recalling certain Hybrid 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seat-Desert Blue child seats. The latch assembly webbing that secures the child restraint system to the lower anchorages may fray, which can reduce the strength of the webbing and fail to properly restrain a child in a crash. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 213, "Child Restraint Systems," and 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
The recall involves Ricky Powersports RPS Youth BF-ATV125E 125cc ATVs. The ATVs were sold in burgundy, purple camo, red spider, blue, black, blue spider, black spider, pink camo, leaf camo and army green camo colors and are intended for use by children ages 10 years and older. "RPS" is printed on the handlebar pad and "125cc" is printed on both sides of the vehicle. The model number is printed on both sides of the vehicle and on an identification plate mounted on the frame behind the front bumper which also states, "this ATV is subject to Ricky Powersports LLC's action plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission."
Complaints on clip deployment occurring during clinical procedures, leading to hazardous situations where clips fail to achieve their expected function or deploy incorrectly, potentially causing harms to patients. The complaints include reports that: 1) the clip arm does not open when the user pushes the slider, 2) the clip arm does not close when the user pulls the slider and 3) the clip detaches from the target tissue earlier than expected, after being deployed in a procedure.
