Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (MPA) is recalling certain brake calipers with part numbers BC155111 and BC155110 sold as replacement parts for 2008-2025 Ford E-450 Super Duty vehicles. The caliper piston bore wall may not meet the proper specification, causing the caliper to fracture.
Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain accessory chain kits, with part numbers 10-08127 and 10-08140. The included installation instructions are incorrect and if followed, may lead to eventual dislocation of the motor shaft magnet while riding.
CGMP Deviations: FDA analysis found product to contain acetaldehyde and acetal above specification limits.
This recall involves the Allagash fixed blade hunting knife with sheath. The sheath measures 7 inches long by 2 inches wide, is made of brown leather and contains white stitching down one side. The knife blade measures 3.55 inches long by 1 inch wide, is made of stainless steel and is attached to a light brown handle. L.L.Bean is embossed on the brown leather sheath and engraved on the top of the knife blade near handle on one side. The recalled knife with sheath has the product identification number 501794 printed on the green box in which the knife is packaged.
H&H Sports Protection (H&H) is recalling certain TORC T-55 V2 low profile half helmets, sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. These helmets may not adequately protect the wearer in the event of a head impact during a motorcycle crash. Additionally, the helmets may not stay secured to head during a motorcycle crash. As such, these helmets fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 218, "Motorcycle Helmets."
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain Motorcraft STG-454 service replacement steering gears manufactured July 1, 2014, to October 17, 2014. These steering gears are for use on 2008-2010 model year F-250 and F-350 vehicles equipped with 6.4L diesel engines. The affected steering gears may not install properly, and as a result, there may be insufficient clamp load on the joints which may cause the steering gear retention bolts to fracture.
This recall involves model year 2015 KTM brand and Husqvarna brand Enduro motorcycles with 125cc to 300cc, 2-cycle engines and 250cc to 450cc, 4-cycle engines. Recalled KTM motorcycles are orange and black with the KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The engine size is printed on both sides of the rear fender below the rear of the seat. Recalled Husqvarna motorcycles are white with blue and yellow markings. The Husqvarna logo and engine size are on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. Model year 2015 motorcycles will have the letter F in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN). The VIN is located on the right side of the steering head.
This recall involves four 2013 models of Husqvarna closed course/competition motorcycles, including CR125, WR125, WR250 and WR300. The Husqvarna two-wheeled off-road motorcycles are white, red and black. The model number is printed on the rear fender on both sides of the motorcycle just below the tail end of the seat. Husqvarna is printed on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. Consumers can identify the model year by checking the letter in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) on the right side of the steering head. The letter D is a 2013 model.
The recall includes 13 models of KTM and Husaberg brand competition/closed-course and off-road motorcycles. Eleven 2013 KTM models are being recalled: 85 SX, 85 SXS, 125 SX, 150 SX, 150 XC, 200 XC-W, 250 SX, 250 XC, 250 XC-W, 300 XC and 300 XC-W. Two 2012 and 2013 Husaberg models are being recalled: TE 250 and TE 300. The model number is printed on the rear fender on both sides of the motorcycles below the tail end of the seat. The KTM motorcycles are black and orange and KTM is printed on the front number plate and on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The Husaberg motorcycles are blue, yellow and white with Husaberg printed on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. Consumers can identify the model year by checking the letter in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) on the right side of the steering head. The letter "C" is a 2012 model; "D" is a 2013 model.
The recall includes seven 2013 and one 2012 model off-road and closed-course motorcycle. Model numbers included are: 2013 KTM Motorcycles: 250 XC-F, 250 XCF-W, 350 XC-F, 350 XCF-W, 450 XC-F, 450 XC-W, 500 XC-W and MY 2012 KTM 350 XCF-W. The model number is printed on the rear fender on both sides of the motorcycle just below the tail end of the seat. These two-wheeled motorcycles are black and orange. KTM is printed on the front number plate/headlight mask and on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank.
This recall involves the model year 2009 Zero X and Zero MX electric motorcycles. The recalled motorcycles are white, with the Zero name and logo printed on the battery.
This inventory retrieval involves valves manufactured by Cimberio: ¾" FIP x 5/8" OD (15/16"-16 thread) Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Side Tap; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Square Head.
