This recall involves Glen Dimplex Americas' Cadet-branded Apex72 high wall electric heaters between 1200 and 1600 Watts. The fan-forced heaters have a white dust cover and are installed into walls a minimum of six feet off the ground. "Cadet," the model number, and the manufacturing date in DD-MM-YY format appear on the rating label visible through the bottom of the air outlet grill. This recall involves five styles of Inspiration® Cable Cross Over and Dual Adjustable Pulley machines installed primarily in fitness centers and gyms. The units are stainless steel adjustable pulleys with single hand adjustment designs and high-low cable positioning components. "Inspiration" is printed on each Dual Adjustable Pulley model, and "Star Trac" or "Nautilus" is printed on the Cable Cross Over models.

2015 VANCO SEMI-TRAILER Recall: SUSPENSION

Vanco USA, LLC (Vanco) is recalling certain model year 2015 Semi-Trailers, model 2WIL2A530SAR114/116, manufactured in April 2014, and equipped with certain SAF-Holland-brand CBX Trailer Suspension Air Ride Axle Systems. The affected trailer suspensions have pivot bolts that may fail.

The recalled fitness machines are the Bowflex Power Pro with and without a "Lat Tower" and Ultimate models built before September 1, 2002. The "Lat Tower" attaches to the back of the bench, and has pull-down pulleys attached. The name "Bowflex" and the model name are printed on the front of the machines.

EVAC-U8 Emergency Escape Smoke Hoods – Safety Concern (2002)

This recall involves the EVAC-U8 emergency escape smoke hoods. The smoke hood is a bright green plastic cylinder with a clear red top. The cylinder is about 5 inches tall. The words "EVAC-U8 Emergency Escape Smoke Hood" are printed on the cylinder, along with the serial number and expiration date. Recalled smoke hoods have a serial number of A97,921 or higher, and an expiration date of May 1, 2002 or later.

In-Wall Electric Heaters (Cadet) – Safety Upgrade (2002)

This is a reminder of the voluntary recall program for certain RM and ZM model Cadet in-wall electric heaters which began in July 2001. The RM and ZM program is not affected by the closure of the recall program for the Cadet heaters announced in February 2000. This program involves RM and ZM heaters that were shipped prior to September 2000 and provided as replacements for the model ZA and RA Cadet heaters that were recalled in February 2000. The program also includes about 19,000 units of the RM and ZM model Cadet heaters that were sold through other sales channels from 1998 through 2001. Only heaters used as a replacement for the ZA and RA models and installed in a ZAC wall can and wired through the top-left wall can knock-out are part of this recall.
