The MamaRoo is a baby swing that offers multiple motions and speeds. Buttons on the base control the motion, speed and sound. The model number is located on the bottom of the unit. This recall includes only MamaRoo models that use a 3-point harness: versions 1.0 and 2.0 (model number 4M-005), version 3.0 (model number 1026), and version 4.0 (model number 1037). The MamaRoo model that uses a 5-point harness is not included in this recall. The RockaRoo is a baby rocker with front to back gliding motion. The base has an analog knob and power button to control the range of motion of the rocker. The model number 4M-012 is located on the bottom of the unit.
This recall involves NUK-branded First Choice glass baby bottles (ASIN B0027SVJ9O) which were manufactured for the UK market only and not intended for sale in the United States. The glass bottles have a latex teat intended for 0 to 6 months old in 240 mL size. The brand name NUK is in white lettering, a graduated volume scale in white markings, and white and gray stars are on the outside of the bottle. Only the NUK-branded glass baby bottles described above that were manufactured for the UK market are included in this recall.
This recall involves Konges Sløjd Baby Mirror Activity Toys. The wobbler/tumble toy is made of silicone, is inflated with air and has a mirror glued in the center opening which measures about 3 inches in diameter. The item number KS2497 and batch number 062021 are printed on the bottom of the toy. Embossed on the back of the toy is the company logo, address and the words 'Designed in Denmark, made in China.'

This recall involves Baby Boy Dino Rompers and Baby Boy Camo Rompers 2-Pack. The Dino Romper is a blue short-sleeve romper made of 100 percent cotton jersey featuring a dinosaur on the left chest and was sold in sizes 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 9-12M, 12-18M, and 18-24M. The Camo Romper Two Pack was sold in sizes 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-9M, 9-12M, 12-18M, and 18-24M and contained one gray long-sleeve romper made of 100 percent cotton jersey in a camouflage print and one gray short-sleeve romper with black shoulders and sleeves. The Baby Boy Dino style number 3031536 can be found on a sewn-in, side-seam label inside the garment. The Baby Boy Camo Romper 2-Pack style number 3026902 can be found on a sewn-in, side-seam label inside the garment.

This recall involves four-wheeled Wonder & Wise baby activity walkers. The wooden push walkers have a panel of interactive toys and activities for babies. They are white with black and wood-colored accents, with a front panel with a shape sorting puzzle, bead activities and other wooden toys and a storage compartment. A roller containing five wooden balls is attached between the two front wheels. Only units with no batch number label, or units labeled with Batch No. 0521SCP01155 on the undercarriage of the walker are recalled.

This recall involves the BIBS Baby Glass Bottle Complete Set which was sold as a 110 ml or 225 ml bottle set with a rubber bumper at the bottom and the BIBS Bottle Kit which is only the accessories including the rubber bumper and no glass bottle. The bottles are clear glass with a gray cap and bumper. BIBS and a measuring guide are written on the bottles.
The recall involves Shop Pro RV & Marine Antifreeze products manufactured by Prestone for AutoZone. Only bottles filled with blue fluid in one-gallon, clear bottles with date code FT21281 on the bottom of the bottle below the back label are included in the recall. "Shop Pro RV & Marine Antifreeze" is printed on the front of the bottles. If your bottle is filled with pink liquid, it is properly labeled, and it can be used.
