Baby and infant product recalls including cribs, strollers, car seats, and toys. Keep your children safe with the latest safety alerts.
The units involved are flashing pacifiers and flashing pacifiers with whistles. The pacifiers are clear or colored purple, blue, pink or green. The pacifiers have five flashing LED lights that are red and blue, red and light green and orange. Some pacifiers are sold with a rainbow cord that is attached to handles, and some cords have breakaway connectors. One pacifier has multi-colored beads on the cords in the shapes of barrels, trains, boats and various animals. Pacifiers were sold in clamshell packages. The packaging has a warning that states they are for "12+ Years" or "6+ Years." Some of the products have a warning on the packaging that they are not a real pacifier, but a practical joke. The chart below lists additional information about the products sold and what is written on the packaging. IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks are a set of 19 foam, cloth-covered blocks of various shapes with a plastic carrying case. Two of the blocks are car-shaped and have four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some cars have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." IQ Baby Travelin' Train Blocks are a set of four brightly patterned stuffed cloth-covered vehicles, an engine and three cars that attach to each other with Velcro® connectors. Each piece is about 4 inches long, 2½ inches wide, and 3 inches tall, and has four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white spoke pattern. Some pieces have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." IQ Baby and Discovery Channel Vroom Vroom Vehicles are sets of six soft, stuffed, brightly colored trucks that come in a plastic carrying case. Each truck is about 5 inches long, 3 inches tall, and 2½ inches wide and has four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some of the trucks in the sets have labels that read "IQ Baby" or "Discovery Channel."
The recalled pacifiers are rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue plastic guard. The cardboard packaging has a picture of a baby, some toy blocks, a toy train engine and a diaper pin with a bear on it. The pacifiers are sold in packs of two. Writing on the front of the packaging includes, "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers" and "BI194." The back of the packaging has an American flag and the writing, "AN AMERICAN COMPANY."
The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including: midnight blue, navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with "Mountain Buggy," and "Urban," or "Breeze" written underneath on the metal plate. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 015276. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 009221. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-001, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate.
These lamps are in the shape of a Coca-Cola bottle. They are about 13.5 inches high. The inside of ElectroPlasma lamps simulate lightning bolts. A label on the bottom of the black base of the lamp reads: "Model No: 23-103," and "Lipan Industrial Co., Ltd."
Gray or red infant seats that are permanently attached to shopping carts in retail stores. "SAFE-SEAT +" is molded into the side of these seats. A metal tube around the frame of the seat attaches it to the shopping cart.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and an activity tray with interactive toys. The walkers are blue and pink with various designs on the cloth seat. "Imported by Ace Han Corp" is printed on labels located on the base of the walkers.
The recalled walkers are intended for babies 6 months and older. The walkers are blue, green, pink and yellow. They have musical activity trays with various toys and themes including rockets and a tank with an army print cloth seat, lights and a steering wheel with a teddy bear cloth seat, and a monkey's face with a teddy bear seat cloth. "Baby" and "BEBELOVE" are printed on labels on some of the walkers.
The recalled walkers have eight wheels and are sold in various colors including dark blue, pink and white, or pink and red. The activity trays on the baby walkers have a steering wheel, various rattles and a mirror or animal themes. The trays play music when the baby pushes a button. "Baby" is printed on a sticker on the tray or the walker's base.
Each kit contains a variety of safety equipment including a "Forever Flashlight," which does not use batteries. Shaking the flashlight for 30 seconds provides about 5 minutes of light. The Outdoorsman in a Bottle kit contains a compass. Other items which could be included in the kits include gloves, a blanket, emergency vest, a water bottle, a rain poncho and a knife. L.L. Bean is written on the bottle or blanket with these kits.
The recalled cribs are made of wood and have a wooden mattress support. Only cribs with wooden mattress supports and with model number 8740KCW SC and serial number 2803 SC to 1605 are included in this recall. The model and serial number are printed on the envelope attached to the mattress support.
The Bounce Bounce Baby! Door Jumper has model number 6753 written on a white warning label on the seat. The jumper has a blue canvas seat with a sun, star and bee design print, blue straps, and a blue plastic clamp that attaches to an interior door frame. The name "Kids II" is printed on the plastic housing that contains the clamp. Model 67531 Door Jumpers that have a metal clamp are not included in this recall.
The recalled pacifiers are blue, white, yellow or pink plastic with a yellow nipple and a circular or clove-shaped handle. The nipples are filled with honey or a sugary substance. The pacifiers measure about 3 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide.
The cribs are made of wood and are natural color. Only cribs that are labeled Lov's Europa with "Style # 4827-2 M.F.G. No.: W 24088 Date: 22 JUN 2004" are included in the recall. The brand, style and date code are printed on a label attached to the mattress support platform.

All recalled buggies have a gray handlebar button.
The recalled cribs have their model number 37001 or 27601 printed on a label on the bottom rail of the head or foot board. The 37001 crib comes in three finishes: chestnut, white and cherry. The 27601 crib in aspen also comes in three finishes: natural, pecan and cognac.
The recalled stroller has an aluminum frame and a cloth seat, with a sun canopy. The recalled stroller has model number 20050016 and serial numbers: S1000001D0504 through S1000800D0504 and S1000001D0506 through S1000200D0506. Each stroller has a tag, located inside the child's seat compartment, which lists the model name and number. A sticker on the rear frame lists the serial number. There are two yellow handle-locking clips, one on each side of the stroller frame that secures the handle from movement.
The recall involves the brushed stainless steel and the green 1-liter and 2-quart bottles, and the 24-oz. wide mouth food jar. The recalled thermos bottles have only two spot welds per handle bracket and contain any of the following date code numbers: C 02, D 02, or A 03 The date code is located on the bottom of the bottles just above the "S" and "Y" on the word "STANLEY."
The recalled bottle sippers have white screw-on bases with dark blue, green or red pull-up valves. They are sold in packages of three. The package is labeled "Bottle Sippers." Bradshaw International Inc. and #70118 are written on the back of the package.
