The harness hip anchorage retention hooks may bend, causing the anchor pin to loosen, and the harness strap to detach.

This recall involves UVIPC Baby Gates. The pressure-mounted gates open both inward and outward. They are made of steel and ABS plastic and were sold in white and black colors. There are four different versions of the gate. One version has a secondary pet door, and measures about 40.5 inches high with an adjustable width from about 57.5 inches to 74.5 inches. The second version has a secondary pet door, and measures about 40.5 inches high with an adjustable width from about 73 inches to 81 inches. The third version measures about 40.5 inches high with an adjustable width from about 30 inches to 63.5 inches. The fourth version measures about 40.5 inches high with an adjustable width from about 57.5 inches to 74.5 inches. All versions come with four 3.93-4-inch screws and two 3-inch screws. All versions are labeled with model number W046 on the product's tracking label.
This recall involves certain Cabinet Health 4 oz. Refillable Medicine Bottles with ABS plastic lids. The bottles are made of clear glass with blue, turquoise, orange or purple plastic lids labeled \"CABINET.\" Cabinet Health sold the bottles filled with over-the-counter drugs or as empty 4 oz. bottles. The recalled empty 4 oz. bottles were sold via cabinethealth.com from March 2023 through July 2024. Consumers with recalled empty bottles can identify them by the date of purchase. The recalled bottles filled with over-the-counter drugs have the following date codes on a sticker on the bottom of the bottle. The labels and user guide incorrectly state the maximum rear-facing lower anchor weight. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
