The mowers were sold under both the Black & Decker and Craftsman brand names. The recalled Black & Decker mowers have the model CMM1000 or CMM1000R and are labeled as Type 1 through Type 4, both of which are located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. Mowers labeled as Type 5 are not included in this recall. The Black & Decker mowers have either an orange or green deck with a black motor cover. The Craftsman brand mowers have model number 900.370520 and include all date codes and types. The model number is located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. The Craftsman mowers have a dark green deck with a black motor cover.
The recalled lamps have a four-way switch that allows the lamp to function as a moving light, so that patterns revolve around the shade. The lamps can be used as a basic lamp or as a night light with glowing stripe or floral patterns. The lamp shade is plastic and the finish on the base of the lamp is brushed steel.
The FS Flame Switches and FM Automatic Safety Valves being recalled are installed on natural and liquid propane (LP) gas commercial cooking equipment, such as ranges, pasta cookers, deep fat fryers or griddles. The recalled FS Flame Switches were installed on the following commercial cooking equipment brands: Keating (of Chicago), PMI Food Equipment Group, Vulcan, Southbend, Blodgett, Toastmaster, and Wolf Range. The recalled FM Automatic Safety Valves were installed on the following commercial cooking equipment brands: Bari (Restaurant and Pizzeria), Southbend, and Blodgett. The D9 and D6 diving instruments are advanced, gas-switching, multi-mode, decompression dive wristop computers. The products included are: the D9 model with serial numbers 62102582 and below; and the D6 model with serial numbers 62103693 and below. The serial number is located on the side of the product. The model number is located on the back of the product.
The recall involves two models of pistol-type hair dryers: The Monica hair dryer has its model name and number, SW-117, written on the handle. It is made of black plastic and chrome, and the handle folds up. The Turbo 1200 model has model number DS-507 written on the back of the handle. The model name is written on the blower nozzle. They are green and white and green.
The recall involves Oceanic-brand Versa Pro 2A dive computers with serial numbers 12000 through 18176, which can be accessed and viewed on the computer's display. The serial number and "r2A" are printed on the side of the unit. This recall does not include any other Oceanic brand dive computer, or Versa Pro 2A while operated in normal decompression dive computer mode.
The recalled electronic pressure cooker was sold under model number PC501. The model number PC501 is located in three places: near the control panel, on the instruction/warning label near the bottom of the unit, and on the bottom of the product. The name "Welbilt" is located near the control panel. The pressure cooker measures 11 inches high, 11 inches wide and 15 inches long and was sold in white.
The recalled Sunbeam-branded gas ranges are of various colors and show the Sunbeam brand name on the backguard panel.
The E1XM-model AM/FM/SW/XM-ready radios that are included in the recall have serial numbers from 3,067 through 5,642. The serial number is listed underneath the flap on the back of the unit. The Etón logo is located on the bottom left-hand corner of the unit. The XM radio logo and "e1" are written in the upper right corner of the radio. The unit is silver, and measures about 13 inches wide by 7.5 inches high by 2.5 inches deep.
This recall involves the HP Photosmart R707 digital camera. The HP logo and the model name and number are printed on the front of the camera.
The pre-lit 5-foot ficus tree inside a bamboo basket includes a green light string featuring 70 clear mini bulbs wrapped and attached throughout the leaves and around the trunk. A silver holograph UL sticker and cautionary label with UL File number E254698, Model no. WL-70/2C is attached to the end of the cord. The end of the decorative light string includes a tag with the marking "E254698" and model number WL-70/2C similar to the label shown in the photograph.
The smokers cook food slowly at lower temperatures and use wood chips to produce smoke inside the unit for flavor. The recall involves ONELINK™ battery-powered smoke and combination smoke/CO alarms. "First Alert" and "ONELINK™" are printed on the front of the alarm. The model number and date code are printed on the back of the alarm. Model number SA500 or SCO500 with a date code prior to March 3, 2006 are included in this recall.
The recalled lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are used with various HP and Compaq notebook computers. The recalled batteries are a subset of those manufactured in early January 2005, and will have a bar code label starting with L3. The hair dryers recalled are the Eusonic models numbers 9318, 9329, and 2218. The model numbers are imprinted on the opposite side of the handle from where the slide switch is situated. The hair dryers are red, have a black slide switch and the word Eusonic is imprinted in black on the blower part of the hair dryer.
The recalled product is the battery pack sold with Disney®-brand personal DVD players. The DVD players are about 6.5 inches by 5.5 inches with a 3-inch screen display. They were sold in five styles with a corresponding model number. The model number is written on the back of the unit, under the viewing stand and below the Disney® brand name.
