This recall involves Williams Advanced Materials & Chemicals sodium hydroxide, heptane, and naphtha. The sodium hydroxide, also called lye or caustic soda, was sold in either a jar with a continuous thread cap or resealable silver bag available in one-pound, two-pound and five-pound sizes. The naphtha was sold in a metal can in one-half gallon and gallon sizes. The heptane was sold in a metal can in quart, one-half gallon and gallon sizes. The WAM&C logo and the product name are printed on a white label at the front of the product.
This recall involves Pro Supply Outlet sodium and potassium hydroxide products sold in two-pound rigid white plastic jars with continuous thread caps. The front of the label bears the PSO logo, the product name, SKU 7023 and UPC 078345004533 for the sodium hydroxide and SKU 7132 and UPC 078345004625 for the potassium hydroxide.
This recall involves multiple styles of metal folding chairs and barstools with padded seats upholstered in vinyl or microfiber and sold under the Mainstay brand name. A white sticker label on the bottom of the seats includes the name Cheyenne Products or Cheyenne Industries and lists the production date by month and year. Another white sticker label on the bottom of the seat displays a barcode with the model number printed above the barcode, and the UPC printed below the barcode. This recall involves sodium hydroxide drain cleaner sold in a 2-pound white plastic bottle with a continuous thread closure cap. Alliance Chemical, Sodium Hydroxide Flakes, Pure Lye, Caustic Soda, NaOH, and Drain Cleaner are printed on the blue and white label. The second recalled product involves sodium hydroxide sold in a 5-pound clear bag with a white and black label that states Sodium Hydroxide Flake and Caustic Soda Flake.
This recall involves model year 2021 and 2022 Ski-Doo Backcountry, Expedition, MXZ, Renegade, Skandic and Tundra snowmobiles equipped with a 600 EFI engine. The vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right-hand side of tunnel. This recall involves The Lye Guy sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide products sold in 32 oz plastic jars with a white continuous thread closure. The Lye Guy logo and the product name are printed on a white label at the front of the jar.
CGMP Deviations: lots and products of hand sanitizer are being recalled because they were manufactured under the same conditions as the product lot found to contain methanol.
This recall involves outdoor wooden folding chairs with armrests, in an oil stain finish, some of which were labeled with "Nautica" on the hang tag. The chairs measure about 22.5 inches long, 21 inches wide and 35 inches tall. The chair back has 8 slats and the seat has 7 slats. The chair may be stamped "MADE IN VIETNAM."
This recall involves Modernist Pantry Kitchen Alchemy bags of sodium hydroxide. The product was sold in 50 grams and 400 grams black and orange resealable bags and marketed for food preparation use. The Modernist Pantry logo and a female cook appear on the front of the bag. Kitchen Alchemy, Sodium Hydroxide, pH Buffering and the product weight are printed on the label.
This recall involves two models of 1.5 HP electric motors that drive pool pumps sold under the PureLine brand name with model numbers PL1152 and PL2152. The PL1152 model has a round flange and the PL2152 has a square flange. The model number can be found on the white label on the top of the recalled motors. The motors are black. The PL1152 motors are 11-7/8 inches long and 5-1/2 inches in diameter. The PL2152 motors are 12-1/2 inches long and 6-1/2 inches in diameter.
This recall involves HOFISH 10-Inch Hybrid Certi-PUR Certified Foam and Pocket Spring Mattresses sold in twin, twin XL, full, queen, and king sizes. They are 10-inch, single-sided mattresses with white knit ticking, a blue striped wave design and diamond-shaped quilting on the top surface. The side panels have gray knit ticking. The tape edges are white with white stitching. The bottom panel has gray non-woven ticking. The mattresses have a white tag located on the underside of the head panel of the mattress with "Made For HOFISH Inc." printed on one side and "Prototype ID: HF19HY" printed on the other side. Only mattresses with the Prototype ID HF19HY on the product's labeling are included in this recall. The mattresses were sold compressed in a box.
This recall involves the Revive Three Wick Soy Candles in Winter Cedar and Warm Spiced Latte scents. The candles come in glass containers with metal lids. "Revive" and the scent type are printed on a label on the front of the container. SKU 1010030041 (for the winter cedar-scented candle) or 1010030040 (for the warm spiced latte-scented candle) is printed on the purchase receipt.
This recall involves Lifetime Products 6-Foot Seminar Tables with model #80176. The tables have gray metal frames and white plastic tops. The tables measure 6 feet long by 18 inches wide by 28 inches high. The "Lifetime" logo is molded into each end of the upper surface of the table top. A green product ID sticker located on the underside of the table has the model number and the year and chronological day of manufacture in the first five digits (Example: June 23, 2020 = 20175), followed by a two-digit number for the factory. The recalled tables were manufactured between August 7, 2016 (16220) and June 23, 2020 (20175).
This recall involves Hillsdale Furniture's Jennings counter and bar stools with date codes between 08/2020 and 01/06/2021. The date code is on the bottom of the seat. The recalled counter and bar stools have a tan wooden seat, a wooden back and a metal base and were sold in counter and bar heights.
This recall involves Casa Kids Cabina Bunk Beds manufactured in February 2018, June 2018, May 2019, and December 2019. A label on the lower part of the bottom bunk bed's headboard panel contains the date of manufacture, in a MONTH.YEAR format, e.g., MAY.2019. They are made from Baltic birch plywood, in a combination of natural finish and white painted surfaces.
This recall involves the StyleWell Wood Windsor Dining Chair sets. The sets of two chairs were sold in black, natural wood, red and white and have eight vertical backrest spindles. The chair seat base measures about 17.5 inches wide, 17.5 inches deep and 17 inches tall. The chair's back measures about 19 inches wide and 18 inches tall from the top of the chair seat base. Each chair weighs about 15 pounds. Only chairs without screw holes and wood screws on the rear underside of the chair seat base are included in this recall.

This recall involves the Anker Play Products 10-in-1 Incredible Inventions Science Kit. The kit contains a red and blue painted rectangular magnet bar, two yellow balloons, a small light bulb, metal clips, paper clips, a sticker page, three red coated wires and various other wires, screws and small mechanical parts. The "Adventure Club" logo is printed in yellow, blue and green on the bottom left on the front of the box. The affected magnet is painted red and blue and measures about 2 inches by 0.5 inches by 0.375 inches.
This recall involves multiple styles and colors of side accent tables with convenience charging receptacles and USB ports. The product is made of MDF, solid wood, veneers, and other materials. Some of the units have mirrored accents, one drawer or two drawer units. All of the affected units contain convenience receptacles for AC and DC electricity for ordinary receptacles and for USB charging pins. The units are sold with hangtags marked as "J Hunt Home" or "J Hunt & Co." The different styles of the recalled units measure about 14 inches by 14 inches by 28 inches high for many of the units up to 24 inches by 15.5 inches by 74 inches high on certain other bookcase style units. The tables weigh between 13 and 26 pounds. All recalled units have a white adhesive label on the underside or back of the unit with the item number and date codes between April 2019 and November 2020. The date code is listed as a two-digit month followed by a slash and a four-digit year code such as 04/2019. This recall involves CB2 Junction Tall Chests (SKUs: 454-559 and 503-925) and Junction Low Dressers (SKUs: 454-060 and 503-904). The Tall Chest measures 28 inches wide x 46 inches tall. The Low Dresser measures 56 inches wide x 26 inches tall. The purchase order numbers are located on the back of the units. CB2 will be able to match the purchase order to the SKU number.
