This recall involves Grand Rapids Chair Company Sadie chairs (model 837) and barstools (model 837S). The model number is printed on the underside of the chair, on the care and use instruction label. The chairs have a seat height of 18.5" and overall width of 22.5", and the barstools have a seat height of 30" and overall width of 22.5". The Sadie chairs have a steel frame of various colors with a wood seat base and seatback. The Sadie barstools have a steel frame of various colors, with a footrest and a wood seat base and seatback.
This recall involves Leisure Ways® pink butterfly themed children's camp chairs, moon chairs, and swings. The chair and swings have a metal frame with large red butterfly images and other colorful images on the pink polyester fabric. "Distributed by: Far East Brokers and Consultants, Inc." and "Tracking # November/2015" are printed on the tracking label sewn into the seat of each chair.
This recall involves Square Grove's Sit-Stand Converters. The model included in the recall is UPL147 and includes the freestand and clamp versions. The freestand version sits on a desk that raises and lowers a computer monitor and keyboard by 17 inches. The clamp version functions the same, but clamps to the back of the desk. The color of both versions is black. The dimensions for the top platform are about 24 inches in width and 16 inches in diameter. The keyboard platform dimensions are about 24 inches in width and 9 inches in diameter. The freestanding base platform version dimensions are about 20 inches in width and 20 inches in diameter. The clamp mount version dimensions are about 7 inches in width and 18 inches in diameter. The words "UPLIFT DESK" are printed on the product.

This recall involves T.J. Maxx and Marshalls foldable weatherproof lounge chairs. The chairs are made of an acacia wood frame and striped fabric in two styles: a natural oiled wood frame with red and white stripe fabric or a white gloss frame with blue and white stripe fabric. The chairs measure about 30 inches high by 42 inches long when unfolded. The style number is printed on the hang tag attached to the chair. "MADE IN VIETNAM" is printed on a label on the bottom of the chair frames. This recall involves the Philips Energy Advantage Ceramic Metal Halide Lamps model CDM330. They are designed as energy efficient replacements for traditional 400W quartz metal halide lamps installed in magnetic ballasts and intended for use in high-ceiling industrial, retail and commercial applications. The lamps were sold in both clear and coated versions. Each lamp includes an etching, located either at the base of the lamp or on the ovoid of the lamps, that displays the relevant date code, along with Philips' name, wattage (330W) and the model (CDM330). This recall involves Bestar Dream Dressers. The dressers are juvenile five-drawer dressers sold as part of the Juvenil four-piece children's bedroom set. The dressers were sold in the colors brown and white. The dressers are 48 inches high, 30 inches wide and 16 inches deep, and weigh about 108 lbs. They have a melamine resin surface and the drawer handles have a matte chrome finish. The brown dresser is model number 49250-1152 and the white dresser is model number 49250-1117. The model number is on the box and the brochure. Both dressers have UPC number 063753045292 on the box and the brochure.
This recall involves clear acrylic Hanukkah menorahs in a pyramid design that are 10.5 inches long, 1.2 inches wide and 2.3 inches high. Model number 240-14-0169 and bar code can be found on a round white label on the side of the menorah.
This recall involves Staples and Quill brand "Back in Motion" office chairs. The black, bonded leather chair has a tilt function and a base with wheels. The chairs have SKU # 203439 and item number SBG 24422 printed on the white label on the underside of the seat cushion. A second label, also located on the underside of the seat cushion, states "Reg. No. CA31704 (CN)" and "Made by LF Products PTE LTD."
This recall involves all models and sizes of Niposul and NipoFlorida Elegance, Elegance Gold, and Evolution mattresses. The Elegance and Evolution mattresses are white and the Elegance Gold mattresses are white with black sides. NIPOBRASILEIRA and ORIENTAL J2000 are embroidered on the side of the mattress.
This recall involves the Grosfillex Havana commercial side chairs and armless bar stools. They were sold in charcoal, espresso, tobacco and white. The high-backs and seats are covered with woven plastic wicker and have aluminum legs. The side chairs measure about 35 ½ inches tall by 18 ½ inches wide and 22 inches deep. The bar stools measure about 45 ½ inches tall by 20 inches wide by 24 inches deep. Grosfillex and CE # 2194 is molded on the underside of the seat.

This recall involves Room & Board's Doyle arm chairs and side chairs. The wood chairs were sold with and without an upholstered seat and in five different finishes: Charcoal, cherry, maple, shell and walnut. Each chair has a barcode printed on a label located under the seat on the inside of the seat frame. "Room & Board-Handcrafted in Vermont" is inscribed on the seat frame next to the barcode. This recall involves mesh and solid-material Anchor 5-Star, Anchor Mesh, Classic Solid and Defender Mesh brand custom safety pool covers. The covers' cables are connected to the pool wall using brass-plated snap hooks with a gold-tone spring tab, a seam and a hook end with a bezel. The date of manufacture appears on the warning label on the underside of each pool cover. Manufacture dates of "Sep 14," "Oct 14" and "Nov 14" are subject to the recall. "Manufactured by Anchor Industries, Inc." also appears on the label.

Item number MF2500 and the date of manufacture in YY/MM/DD format are printed on a label located on the underside of the seat. Dates of manufacture included in the recall are between 14/10/08 and 15/10/16.
This recall includes ZAAZTM high chairs in eight models: HC-07-004 (pewter), HC-07-005 (carbon), HC-07-006 (plum), HC-07-009 (almond), HC-08-004 (pewter), HC-08-005 (carbon), HC-08-006 (plum) and HC-08-009 (almond). ZAAZ and the model number are printed under the high chair seat on a white sticker. These high chairs look like a regular kitchen table chair and have removable trays, arm bars footrests, seat pads and harnesses so that they can convert into toddler chairs. "Nuna" is printed above the footrest of the unit.

This recall involves Ikea HYBY and LOCK ceiling lamps. The lamps have domed white frosted glass shades and three plastic clips that attach the shade to steel electrical lamp housings. The HYBY has a shade that is 15 inches in diameter and decorated with four opaque concentric lines. The lamp housing holds two light bulbs. The LOCK has a shade that is 10 inches in diameter. The lamp housing holds one light bulb. Type number and the model name of the lamps are on a label attached to the electrical lamp housing. The HYBY is type number T1011 and the LOCK is type number T0201.
The Green Tones 8-note Monkey Glockenspiel is a children's musical instrument with eight metal bars in multiple colors mounted on a wooden base shaped like a monkey. The bars are individually attached to the base with one screw at each end. The second bar from the top is pink, 3.5 inches long and has a "B" stamped on it. This is the bar that needs to be replaced. The Green Tones logo is stamped on the back of the glockenspiel and the tracking number HS0178410914 is printed in black at the bottom.
