This recall includes the 10 ft. by 20 ft. multi-purpose shelter with "Code Number: L-GZ761PST." The code number is printed on a label sewn into the top of side panels of the canopy fabric. The fabric canopies are white and cover an area of about 20 ft. by 24 ft. "Sunjoy Industries" and "Made in China" are printed under the barcode label on the product packaging.
The recalled bean bag chairs have two zippers that can be unzipped and opened, including one of the exterior cover and other directly underneath that zipper. The recalled chairs with zippers that open were sold in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and fabrics. They include round or L-shaped, vinyl or fabric, and are filled with polystyrene foam beads. They were sold in a variety of colors, including purple, violet, blue, red, pink, yellow, Kelly green, black, port, navy, lime, royal blue, turquoise, tangerine and multi-color. The round bean bag chairs were sold in three sizes, 30, 32 and 40 inches in diameter. The L-shaped bean bag chair measures 18 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 30 inches high. "ACE BAYOU CORP" is printed on a tag sewn into the bean bag chair's cover seam.
This recall involves 4-ounce DD branded candles sold in a round metal tin with a metal lid. The single wick candles are 2.75 inches wide by 2 inches high and were sold in 35 fragrances and colors of wax. A "DD" logo is embossed atop the metal lid. The candle fragrance is printed on a label affixed to the outside of the tin. A label on the underside of the tin is marked "$5.99" and has the SKU and batch number. This recall involves lighted night stands sold in three different styles and finishes. The night stands are made of wood, have two drawers, a power strip on the back panel and a 20-watt halogen bulb on the underside of the bottom panel. Recalled models include: 244-421 Willow Run in a toffee finish, 245-421 Willow Run in a white finish and 237-420 Americana in a medium oak finish. They measure about 22 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 27 inches high. "Lea" and the model number are printed on a label on the back of the night stands. There are two touch buttons on either side of the side panels which operate the nightstand's lamp.
The recall includes Dream On Me Dinah high chairs made with a steel, powder coated tubing open-framed base with white plastic foot grips and black with white trim or red with white trim fabric seats. The chair has a white plastic tray, plastic footrest and a white fabric five point adjustable safety strap. "Dream On Me" is printed on a label attached to the front of the tray. There is a color-coordinated black and white or red and white fabric storage bin attached to the bottom of the chair legs. The high chair can be folded for storage.
The recall includes Nantucket Distributing resin wicker outdoor patio set chairs. The set includes two brown powder coated outdoor metal resin wicker chairs and a round table with aluminum top with brown resin wicker trim. The chairs measures about 23 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 32 inches high. The table measures about 24.75 inches in diameter. The chairs were sold with a hang tag with item number RT043SET.
The recall includes two styles of Brooks Furniture glider rockers 1529P and 1529V-LM. The 1529P glider rocker has a maple wood frame with blue fabric upholstery. The 1529V-LM glider rocker has a maple wood frame with beige vinyl upholstery and a locking mechanism to disengage the glider. Both recalled chairs have the style number and manufacture date between 1/1/2011 and 12/31/2012 printed under the chair's seat. Brooks Furniture is printed on a label attached to the seat cushions.
This recall involves 26-inch table lamps. The lamp has a 16-inch tall, rectangular shade and a square dark wood and mirror base with a mirrored circle pattern on the front. A silver on/off dial is on the lower front of the lamp's base. A label on the underside of the lamp base has "NOVA, Item Number 1010154 and UL E312412." The description on the customer sales invoice reads, "26" TBL LAMP-MIRROR CIRCLE."
This recall involves all Trident Series 2 ultraviolet sanitation systems for pools. The sanitation systems are a gray tube that stands 32 inches high by 11 inches in diameter. They are plumbed into the pool's water circulation pipes and plugged in or hard-wired into an electrical system. The pool's water runs through the unit and is sanitized by ultraviolet lamps. This is a secondary sanitation system used in conjunction with chemical sanitizers such as chlorine or bromine. "Trident Ultraviolet Corporation," "Series 2" and "UV Ultraviolet Sanitation System" are printed on a black label on the front of the units. "Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Water Treatment System" and a series of letters for the date code are printed on a silver sticker on the units. This recall involves Commercial Electric brand basic hanging shop lights that use two, 48-inch, two-pin, T8, fluorescent lamps. The recalled shop light is a metal light fixture with four plastic lamp sockets and a white finish. It is 48 inches long, 4.25 inches wide and 2.5 inches high and has two 10.5-inch long chains for hanging. The lamp sockets must be snapped into place during installation. Model number CESL401-06 and SKU number 201-462 are printed on a white label on the top of the fixture.
This recall involves Office Depot® Gibson Leather Task Chairs. The black, armless, adjustable chairs have a black base with five wheels. The affected chairs have the SKU number 105479 and the registration numbers PA 27248 (CN), PA 25498 (CN), PA 25276 (HK) or CA 35181 (RC) that can be found next to the words "Made in China" which is printed on a label located on the underside of the seats.
The recall involves adult portable bed handles that do not have safety retention straps to secure the bed handle to the bed frame to keep the bed handle from shifting out of place and creating a dangerous gap. Recalled models include the Original Bedside Assistant® (BA10W), the Travel Handles™ (BA11W) which is sold as a set of two bed handles, and the Adjustable Bedside Assistant® (AJ1). The L-shaped bed handles are made out of ¾ inch tubular steel, measure 20 inches wide, 16 to 20 inches tall and have 3 ft. poles that extend under the mattress. The Original Bedside Assistant® (BA10W) and the Travel Handles™ (BA11W) have a white handle with white poles that go under the mattress. The Adjustable Bedside Assistant® (AJ1) is gold in color and has a black cushioned foam handle. The bed handles are intended to assist adults with getting in and out of bed by giving them a bar to grip. Bed Handles Inc. and the model number are printed on a white label on the bed handles.
This recall involves all Wiremold and Plugmold under-cabinet power and lighting strips with part number PX1001. The recalled power strips have four outlets and one fluorescent light and were manufactured from January 2011 through December 2013. From January 2011 through June 2012, the power strip came in a red package with the words "Legrand" and "Under Cabinet Power and Lighting" on the top front and "Wiremold-Series Part PX1001" on the bottom front. From July 2012 to April 2013, the power strip came in a white package with the word "Legrand" on the top front and "Plugmold Power Light," "Under-Cabinet Power and Lighting" and "PX1001" on the bottom front. The manufacture date code is on the bottom of the recalled power strip in a circle with the year shown as "11," "12" or "13" in the center and an arrow pointing to the number representing the month. Part number PX1001, and UPC number 0 86698 00125 3, are imprinted on the bottom of the power strip.
The recall includes the chairs sold with the Fairview 7-piece woven patio dining set. The set includes an 80" long by 42" wide by 29" high rectangular table with a tan with white border porcelain tile table top and black metal framed base and six chairs. The chairs have a black metal frame with brown woven wicker seats and seatbacks. The chairs measure 24" wide by 27" deep by 40" high. "7 piece Woven Dining Set" and "Imported by Costco Wholesale" is printed on the product packaging. The item number is printed on the instructions sold with the set and reads "ITM./ART. 966630."

Some date codes consist of a series of letters. Consumers with letters in the date code need to go to www.1paramount.com to determine if their unit is included in the recall.
The Aman Trunk is a wooden storage trunk measuring 38 inches wide by 18 inches high by 18 inches deep. The sides have a natural finish with a deep red painted front panel that is surrounded by decorative metal trim with a metal plate for securing a padlock. There are chains on the interior to keep the hinged dark wood lid attached to the trunk body. The sides of the trunk have metal handles for lifting. The trunk stands on four carved wooden feet. A sticker attached to the bottom of trunk has a UPC bar code numbered 24441018 and one of the following PO numbers: 200450992, 200450994, 200450995, 400450998 or 400450999.
This recall involves Excellerations™ magnetic color sorting boards with cupcake cut-outs that are used to teach color and sorting to young children. The recalled sorting board is made of plywood and is 16 inches wide and 12 inches high and has the Excellerations™ name and logo on the front in the bottom right corner. A clear plastic cover is attached to the board by rivets and a 4-inch long wand with a magnet in one end is attached to the top of the board by a 13.5-inch plastic cord. The face of the board has one jar-shaped cut-out and six cupcake-shaped cut-outs that are colored red, yellow, blue, green, orange and purple. Beneath the cover are about 60 multi-colored metal balls, each 1 centimeter in diameter. Children use the wand to move the balls around the board through channels from the jar to the cupcakes.
This recall includes Pier 1 Imports' hanging glass star lanterns. The lanterns were sold in the following colors and SKU numbers: amber (SKU 2717349), clear (SKU 2717351) and red (SKU 2724169). The SKU number is printed on a hang tag attached to the lantern. The lantern is a three-dimension star-shape made of gold-toned metal and glass. The lantern measures seven inches wide, seven inches deep and seven inches high. A metal tea light cup sits inside the metal and glass star.
This recall involves Bedz King bunk beds with a side ladder. The beds were sold in twin over twin, twin over full and full over full combinations and four colors; white, espresso, honey and cappuccino. Affected models include BK 150SL, BK 151SL, BK 950SL, BK 951SL and BK 975SL. Model information and "Bedz King" are printed on labels attached to the top headboard.
The wood tables have a table top wrapped in brass. The brass has been coated with zinc to give it a green patina, and then coated with a clear matte lacquer. The tables are about 78 inches long, 36 inches wide and 29 inches tall and have four legs made of teak wood. The table top is made of acacia wood and has either four or six panels of zinc-patinated brass nailed to it.
