This recall involves Safety 1st Push 'N Snap cabinet locks with model numbers 48391 and 48442. The model numbers are printed on the back of the product and on packaging. The locks are used to secure cabinets with two straps that wrap around the knobs or handles on a cabinet door. When the product is in the "lock" position, a green triangle is shown through a window on the device. The Safety 1st logo is embossed on the front of the lock. Locks manufactured between January 2004 and November 2010 are included in the recall. The date of manufacture is embossed on the back. The arrow on the date wheel points to the month and the numbers of either side of arrow represent the year of manufacture.
The vehicles are model year 2012 Kawasaki four-wheeled, off-highway utility vehicles with side-by-side seating for two people and automobile style controls. Each model has a bench seat, a rollover protection structure and a cargo bed. The vehicles are available in the colors green, red, black and camouflage. The model number can be found on a label under the seat, which flips up. The abbreviation "4WD" also appears on the sides of the of the cargo bed of the 610 models.
The Slalom Glider is a distinctive 6-foot high playground slide that is curved in shape and made from molded plastic. It includes an arched, tubular steel access ladder. The recalled product comes as a stand-alone slide or as an attachment to other playground equipment. The recalled products have model numbers 156456 and 172627 and were sold in combinations of colors, including red, blue, tan, green, granite and white.
This recall involves Living Traditions 21-inch rooster-themed lamps. The brown polyresin lamps have an off-white shade and a carved 9-inch rooster affixed to the base. A label on the underside of the base reads "Distributed By Fred's Inc" and "SKU 61589."
The Overarching Floor Lamp is 77 inches tall with a 19-inch diameter base and a curving arm that extends the lamp about 5 feet from the base. The arm and base are made of polished nickel. It was sold with a linen shade in the colors natural, white or charcoal. The lamp has a three-way on/off switch. Lamps with the following SKU numbers are being recalled: 4041158, 4041216, 4282125 and 4308169. SKU numbers of the recalled lamps appear only on the back of the packaging in the lower right-hand corner and not on the lamps. Lamps with SKU numbers located on the socket assembly are not being recalled.
This recall involves holiday-themed tea light candle warmers in the shapes of snowmen and gingerbread houses. A warming bowl with wax fragrance tablets is suspended above the tea light candle. The Snowmen model has SKU/UPC 000016005396 and the Gingerbread house model has SKU/UPC 000016005372 printed on a label on the bottom of the product. The tea light candle warmers are about eight inches tall.
This recall includes the model 482 Series Steelcase Amia desk chairs manufactured between March 1, 2011 and June 6, 2011. The model number and manufacture date are printed on a label on the underside of the chair seat. The seats are available in various colored fabric options as well as leather.
This recall involves Blake model bed frames. The frames were sold in full and twin sizes, in either a blonde stain or painted white. "The Land of Nod" and "Blake" are printed on a barcode sticker affixed to the headboard.
This recall involves ANTILOP high chairs sold in red, blue or white. The plastic high chair has detachable silver-colored metal legs. High chairs included in the recall have a manufacture date between 0607 and 0911 (YYMM format) from supplier number 17389. The production date and supplier number are molded into the underside of the seat. "ANTILOP," "IKEA" and the model number are printed on a label affixed to the underside of the seat. This recall involves Iroda O-Grill models 1000 and 3000 produced before 2010. Some were also sold under the Tailgate Gear brand. Both models are lightweight, portable, clamshell-type propane grills with steel bodies, cast iron cooking surfaces, retractable legs and a handle. They can be used with either 1-pound propane cylinders or 20-pound propane tanks. The grills come in orange, red, green, blue, silver and black and have the words "O-Grill" stamped on the metal grill cover. Recalled O-Grills do not have ventilation slots in the regulator cover where the propane bottle screws in. Grills with ventilation slots in the regulator cover are not subject to the recall.
The Dover dining table is a tempered glass-top table with a brown wooden base. The base has four legs, four buttress support bars and three glasstop support bars. "West Elm" and "SKU: 2188233" are printed on a white label on the underside of the long, center beam.
The Grill units operate on liquefied petroleum ("LP" or propane) or natural gas. The Rangetop units are either 36 or 48 inches wide with a stainless steel finish and the GE Monogram® badge located on the front center of the unit. The burner control knobs are located on the front panel that overhangs the cabinet. The model and serial numbers can be found on a label located behind the far left burner knob, or on the bottom of the unit. This recall involves previously recalled "Innovations" and "At Home with Meijer" Roman shades and roll-up blinds that were redistributed to stores and sold to consumers after March 2010 without a repair kit. The Roman shades are made with fabric or bamboo and the roll-up blinds with bamboo. A label reading "Innovation" or "At Home with Meijer" can be found under the headrail.
This recall involves pourable gel fuels packaged in 32 oz. clear plastic bottles and sold with or without citronella. The label on the container says "PatioGlo bio-fuel gel" or "Citronella PatioGlo". The fuel is poured into a metal cup in the center of ceramic firepots or other decorative lighting devices and ignited. The recalled motors are variable speed swimming pool pump motors with a 6.5 inch diameter steel frame painted black with a square or C-flange mounting. The rating plate is on the side of the pump and "MODEL M63PWBLE-121" or "MODEL M63PWBLM-128" or "MODEL M63PWBLR-131" or "M63PWBLS-132" is printed on the plate, between "EMERSON. CAT.NO.EVSS3" and "HP 3.0, S.F.1.15".
This recall involves upper guardrails on twin-over-twin bunk beds and twin-over-double bed loft designs. The beds have a permanent label attached to the headboard or the footboard with the American Woodcrafters logo; SKU numbers, 1800-977 or 1800-969; PO Numbers: 103276, 103432, or 300038; and the manufacturing date.
This recall involves all Realspace™ PRO 3000 Series Custom Fit desk chairs. The mid-back fabric chairs were sold in black and have SKU number 996-190. The date of manufacture, P.O. number and "Made in China" are printed on labels located on the underside of the seat bottom. Affected chairs have a manufacture date between March 2009 and May 2011, listed in Year/Month/Date format (e.g. date code 20100812 represents August 12, 2010).
The recalled dining tables have a round top made of tempered glass, and three interlocking wooden legs, either black or brown in color. The tables measure 60 inches in diameter and 30 inches high. They have a nearly half inch thick (10 mm) clear glass top. Recalled tables have five screw holes in the joint where the legs meet. "Model 24396" and "Made In/Fabrique Au: China" are printed on a label at the joint.
This recall involves Philips EnergySaver, a/k/a Marathon and Marathon Classic Compact Fluorescent dimmable reflector lamps, models R30, R40 and PAR 38 manufactured between March 2007 and May 2010. The recalled exit signs have emergency lights fixed at either end with "EXIT" in red or green in the center. The fixtures are installed in commercial buildings, such as hotels and office buildings. Affected model numbers can be found on a label affixed inside the fixture housing and on the outside of the packaging, and include: LHQM LED G M6, LHQM LED R M6 and LHQM LED R HO M6. Affected models have the following date codes on the inside fixture housing: 1003S10, 1004S10 or 1005S10. Dates on the packaging carton include any calendar dates in March, April or May 2010.
