This recall involves two types of belts: The Cherokee boys' belts and Circo girls' belts. The Cherokee belts are black and brown reversible belts with heavy stitching in sizes M-XL. The belts came in a pack of two with the numbers 202/08/0018, 202/08/0019 or 202/08/0020 embossed on the belt. The girls' Circo belts are pink and white with heart buckles in sizes XS-L. They were sold in a 2-pack with the numbers 202/05/0071, 202/05/0072, 202/05/0073 or 202/05/0074 listed on the product label attached to the inside of the belt.

This recall involves crib and bunkie mattresses and mattress sets (mattresses and mattresses with foundations) in sizes twin, full, queen and king. The crib and bunkie mattresses do not have any labels. The other mattresses have "Classics," "Classics II," "Imagine," "Sweet Mysteries," "Treasures," or "Comfort Dream" printed on a label located at the top of the foot of the mattress. The "Classics" model manufactured between August 2008 and April 2009 is not included in this recall. This model has a federal label attached that includes the date of manufacture and "Classics" (see pictures).

This recall involves mattresses sold as part of PBteen Ottoman Beds with registration number CA-31586(TW). These are multifunctional ottomans that can be used to sit or sleep. The ottoman can be turned into a twin-sized bed. They were sold with a cover in stone, navy, ivory or pink. Junior player sticks and replacement shafts are each identified by the markings "JUNIOR," "52 Flex" or "JUNIOR Flex 52." Youth player sticks are identified by the marking "YOUTH Flex 42" or "YTH Flex 42." These markings appear on all models on the narrow side of the stick shaft either near the top of the stick or near the blade. Junior replacement blades fit only the Junior sticks and are identified by the markings "P92" or "PM9" followed by "JR", which appear on the narrow side of the blade near where the shaft and blade are joined. Junior goal sticks are identified by the markings "P31 - JR - 22 ½" or "P31 JUNIOR - FLEX 52 - 22 ½" which appear on the narrow side of the stick shaft near the top of the stick.
This recall involves DayNa Decker Botanika brand candles sold in 3-, 6-, and 16-ounce glass containers. The words "DayNa Decker" and Bacara, Bardou, Clementine, Indigo, Leila, Manzanita, Sierra, Taiga, Violetta, Viva, Yasmin, or Zelia appear on the bottom of the green glass container.
