This recall involves the "Solar System" and the "DNA" children's educational craft kits sold under the FloraCraft and HYGLOSS brand names. The kits contain green coated wires that measure 14 ½ inches long and Styrofoam shapes. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The model number is located on the kit's packaging. This recall involves chair model numbers PC-095, PC-3, PC-7, and PC-9 that have an "open screw" drive or a "dual cover" screw drive and that were sold prior to September 2007. Screws that are fully covered (the "quad cover") are not subject to this recall; see picture.
The recall includes six styles of Nordstrom-brand shoes for girls. "Clarice-Fab" flats are bone colored with a bow. "Eva-Fab" are bone colored T-strap sandals. "Fern-Fab" are ankle strap sandals sold in bone, pink, white, blue polka-dot or pink polka-dot. "Lilly-Fab" are fuchsia gingham ballerina flats with a bow. "Rita-Fab" are ankle strap dress shoes sold in ivory linen, pink linen, white linen, cafe satin, silver satin or white satin. "Vivi-Fab" are open-toe dress shoes in bone, white, green polka-dot, lavender polka-dot or yellow polka-dot. The shoes were sold in girls' sizes 10 through big-kids 7. All shoes have an embossed "NORDSTROM" printed on the insole. Only the colors identified above are subject to the recall.
The recalled youth adjustable boys' ice skates are black with lime green and silver accents. "Glide" is printed on a rubber tag on the side of the skates. "DBX" and the DBX logo are located on the ice skate's ankle powerstrap, tongue, and heel.
The recall involves Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun stationary activity centers made between October 2006 and December 2008. The model number is 6231711. Stage 3 position involves converting the product into an activity table. No other ExerSaucer models use end caps and, therefore, no other models are included in this recall.
The halogen clamp lamps, also known as architect's lamps, have a 150-watt halogen bulb, an articulating arm, and a clamp desk lamp that adjusts up, down and swivels. Only lamps with model number 13456-US and lot numbers C06081581V185, C06081582V185 and C06081584V185 are included in the recall.
The recall involves Lane's Glider Recliners, model numbers 2056 and 2085. Affected recliners have a manufacture date between June 2008 and October 2008. The model number, manufacture date and 9-digit serial number can be located beneath the footrest of the recliner.
This recall involves four styles of shades, the "Canvass Roman Shade" available in four different sizes (4'x 6', 5'x 6', 2.5' x 6' and 3'x 6') with SKU numbers 376983, 376984, 376985, 384870; the "Sari Roman Shade" available in two colors (berry and chocolate) with SKU numbers 394700, 394701; and the "Buddha" or "Floral Matchstick Blinds" SKU numbers 407376, and 407221. A small tag on the back of the Canvass and Sari Roman Shades states "World Market© Cost Plus, Inc., Oakland, CA 94607, Made in India, 100% Cotton." In addition, this recall involves other styles of wooden roll-up blinds, with or without valances, that have the following SKU numbers: 404991, 404992, 404993, 400742, 499743, 400744, 400745, 400746 and 358064, 358065, 358066, 358067, 358068.
The recalled candle carousels are made of yellow pine and stainless steel and measure about 9 inches in diameter by 13 inches high. The candle measures about 4 inches high. The candle carousels generate heat which rotate the fan blade and can cause the center platform to spin. The carousel is made of wood with cutouts of trees and deer.
This recall involves all Contessa chairs shipped prior to June 30, 2008. Each Contessa chair has a label indicating the date of shipment (see picture), which is located on the bottom of the chair seat.
The recall involves Evenflo Majestic™ high chairs made before January 23, 2007. The recalled high chairs have the following model numbers: 3001395A, 3001583, 3001633A, 3001669, 3001700A, 3001713, 3001713A, 3001730A, 3001732, 3001732A, 3001733, 3001742, 3001742A, and 3001756. The model number and production date can be found on a white label on the seatback. "Evenflo" is printed on the label and on the push button on the front of the tray.
The recall involves 7½-inch tall plastic toy Army figures. The figures are dressed in Army fatigues and have guns.
This recall includes all insulated black-out roller shades (colors: white, cream, harvest, light sage) and insulated Roman shades sizes 48, 60 and 72 (colors: white, natural, sage, sienna, blue, goldenrod, mahogany, terracotta). The shades have RN number 107875 printed on the care label of the shade and identify the manufacturer on the "Installation and Care Instructions."
This recall involves Anthropologie tin candles. The candles were sold in the following four fragrances; Amber Woods - Model #14987044, Black Lilac - Model #14987093, Figue Tree - Model #14987085 and Red Currant - Model #14987051. Candles sold after October 11, 2008 are not affected by this recall.
This recall involves all sizes of IRIS and ALVINE Roman Blinds in white. The blinds have a sewn-in label at the top edge of the blind with the IKEA logotype, article name (IRIS or ALVINE), 5-digit supplier number 19799 or 21369, four-digit date stamp (YYWW) and the words "Made in India". On the bottom edge of the blind there is a sewn-in orange/white safety warning label. The blinds are made from 100% cotton.
The recalled Pool Stix are weighted plastic tubes, which stand upright when tossed into water. The sticks are about 8" long and were sold in packs of 6 in various colors. The UPC (#4969382814) is printed on the product's packaging.
The recalled Casper the Friendly Ghost® mini-figurines are made of resin and paper, and are three inches tall. They were sold in mini bags decorated with a spider and web design. The Casper the Friendly Ghost® figurines are dressed as: Dracula in a red spider bag, Skeleton in a green spider bag, Devil in a purple spider bag, Mummy in an orange spider bag, Casper® in a blue spider bag, and Wendy the Witch® is in a yellow spider bag. The figurines are stamped with TM & ©Harvey Ent. "Coyne's & Company" and "CP1030" are printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the bags.
The recalled mattresses have a zipper cover over a foam core. The mattresses were sold in twin, full, queen, king and California king sizes. They were manufactured between November 30, 2007 and May 20, 2008. The mattress name, date of manufacture, model, and serial numbers are located on label attached to the mattress. Only specific serial numbers are included in the recall. The recalled mattresses are listed in the chart below. The recalled "Gas Match" lighters have either a multi-colored red/white, blue/white or green/white plastic body, and a silver-colored metal nozzle. Each lighter measures 10½ inches long.
