The recalled mattress pads are natural colored, made of 100 percent cotton Chenille, and were sold in twin, full, queen, king and California king. The Zippo MPL (Multi-Purpose Lighter) uses refillable butane fuel, is child resistant, and measures 8 inches long and 1 inch wide. The utility lighter is finished in black metal or silver metal with a chrome nozzle. The black unit is packaged in a blister pack with black and red graphics and the silver unit is in a silver gift box. Only utility lighters with these date codes are recalled: G03, H03, I03, ZH03. The date code is on the black adjuster knob on the bottom of the lighter.
The glass-door wall cabinets have "BERTBY," the product article number (380.472.10) and supplier number (14709) written on a label on the underside of the bottom panel or on the top side of the top panel. The cabinets are about 67 inches high.
The product is a child's director-style chair, constructed of tubular metal with a canvas seat and back. The chairs feature popular characters such as "The Wiggles," "Dora the Explorer," "Spongebob Squarepants," and "Disney Princesses." The Model Numbers for these recalled units are TC83536WG, TC83531DO, TC83533PS and TC83532SB. The model number can be found on a label on the leg of the chair.
The recalled executive office chairs include the 795-0115 model with black leather and the 795-0228 model with black fabric. Underneath the seat cushion the name "Novimex Fashion Ltd." can be found on the large label and the model numbers and date codes can be found on a smaller label. Only chairs with a date code prior to April 1, 2004, are included in this recall.
The recalled product is a red folding chair with a metal frame and vinyl padded seat back and base. The chair was sold as a part of a five-piece juvenile table furniture set with a green table, blue chair, yellow chair, green chair, and red chair. Only the red chairs with model numbers 11-88-3E1 and 11-88S3E1 and date codes H3, B4, D4 or E4 printed underneath the seat bottom are included in the recall. "Meco" or "Samsonite" brand names are also printed on the seat label.
The scented candle is housed in a clear glass holder and has a crumbled appearance with color variations. It contains slices of dried apple and cinnamon sticks in the wax. The candle is 3 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches high. "Kitchen Krumblers" is labeled at the base of the candle. The candle was sold separately or in a set with another candle not involved in this recall.
This recall involves "Windsor" style arm chairs. The chairs measure 40 inches high by 21 inches wide. Made of black wood, the chairs have 9 metal spindles across the rounded back.
The recalled combination TV/VCRs are gray/black and have these brand names: Panasonic, Quasar, RCA, or JCPenney. The cabinets have ventilation holes in the top rear of the cabinet. Only the 13" and 20" Combination TV/VCR sets manufactured between January 1, 1995, and December 30, 1995, are recalled. These sets can be identified by the model number which appears on the front and rear of the cabinet. The recalled Pottery Barn Bailey Chenille Rugs are "periwinkle blue" color only. Two models/sizes are recalled: 4479028 (8' x 10') and 4479036 (5' x 8'). These rugs are 65% rayon and 35% cotton.
The 15-inch-long water guns are shaped like giant syringes. When placed in a pool, they fill with water when the handle at the top of the device is pulled, and shoot water when pushed. They have either an orange tube with green handle and nozzle or a yellow tube with blue handle and nozzle. There is no writing on the water guns themselves
Euroflex Monster 55 – 1600-Watt Multi-surface Steam Cleaner with Attachments. The steam cleaner has a red body and black cords and attachments. The word "monster" is written on the side of the steam cleaner.
The ladders were sold in three sizes. The 6-foot ladders that extend to 10 feet have model number 99067. The 7-foot ladders that extend to 12 feet have model number 99068. The 8-foot ladders that extend to 14 feet have model number 99069. The model number was listed in the firm's catalog and Web site, and used for ordering. Model numbers are not written on the ladders. Each ladder bears a label on the side rail that reads, "Multi-Purpose Heavy Duty Ladder."
The recall involves model 2008, 2056, 2256 and 2258 bunk beds. The metal bunk beds were sold in twin/twin and twin/full sizes. A Coaster Company of America label can be found on the bed frame of the top bunk. The enamel finishes come in blue, black, red, yellow, or white.
The recalled wall-to-wall carpet was manufactured in two different styles called "Moon Shadow" and "Chic to Chic," both of which are 100% nylon fluffy shag. The recalled TrojanUVMax system, designed for residential and light commercial application, uses ultraviolet light to disinfect water. "TROJANUVMAX" is written on the system's steel chamber. Models included in the recall are D, D Plus, E, E Plus, F, F Plus, Pro 7 and 15. Model numbers are written on the Underwriters Laboratories label on the power supply. No other Trojan Technologies model or product is included in this recall. The lamps were manufactured in the U.S. and the system is assembled in Canada.
This recall involves Arctic Flash, Arctic Wind and Air Elegance model air hockey tables. The Arctic Flash model has an overhead scoring display and black-light graphics. It measures 42.5 inches wide and 71 inches high and 82.5 inches long. The Arctic Wind measures 42.5 inches wide, 30 inches high and 82.5 inches long. The words "Arctic Wind" or "Arctic Flash" are printed on the table's play field. The Air Elegance has a wood-grain finish, and measures 46 inches wide, 30.5 inches high and 86 inches long.
The recall includes certain 20-, 21-, and 22-inch walk-behind lawn mowers; certain 30-inch mid-engine riding lawn mowers; certain 38-, 40-, 42-, and 46-inch lawn tractors; and certain 46-inch garden tractors. They are red, black or gray. "Murray" is written on the body of the mowers. The model number can be found on the unit's nameplate located under the seat of the lawn tractors and at the rear of the mower housing on the walk-behind mowers. The votive candles were sold individually and in sets. A label on the bottom of the votive candle reads: Real Essence 1½" x 2½". The specific recalled votive candles are: Rosewood Tea; Lilac Blossom; Vintage Leather; Brushed Suede; Warm Vanilla Sugar; Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin; Spiced Cider; and Amber Myrrh. These votive candles were also sold in a six-pack set: Lilac Blossom, Spiced Cider, and Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. In addition, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin was sold in "the scented home quartet" set. This recall does not apply to any other Real Essence votive candles.
This set includes two semi-circular chairs and one circular table in blue, red, and yellow fabric. The law label on the bottom of the chair has "Hong Feng Furniture Cushion Co." and "Palliser Furniture Ltd."
