The recalled candles have a single wick surrounded by wax in a brown coconut shell. They were sold in about 20 different scents and ranged in sizes from "Mini" to "Large." The coconut shell has a label on the bottom that reads "Island Soap & Candle Works...Hand made in Hawaii...Do not leave a burning candle unattended." Some of the candles have moon and star cutouts around the upper rim of the coconut shell.
The lamps are 18-watt portable fluorescent lamps that have a black plastic housing and mount to a desk or sit on a base. Model PS355 and PS360 with serial numbers between 198076 and 244871 and between 35500001 and 36003256 are included in the recall. The PS355 model has a 34-inch swing arm and the PS360 has a 19-inch swing arm. The serial number and "MADE IN TAIWAN" can be found on a silver label located on the back of the light bulb cover. The lamps have also been sold under the names "Big Dipper" and "Little Dipper."

CPSC sued e4L Inc. and Quantum North America Inc. to obtain a recall, and an administrative law judge granted CPSC a default judgment when these manufacturers failed to appear. The firms are liquidating their assets under bankruptcy law.

The recall involves model number 247.270250, which is visible on the model plate of the machine, located under the seat. The name Craftsman Lawn Utility Vehicle appears on the side of the mower. The recalled mower is green, has a 24" cutting deck, a 6.75 horsepower mid-mount engine, and a rear utility bed.
The recalled lanterns are green and silver with brass fittings, have a glass globe, and stand about 9 inches high (without the propane cylinder attached). The lanterns, when attached to the propane cylinder, sit on a green plastic base on which the model names "Ozark Trail" or "Wenzel" appear. The Ozark Trail model has a double cloth mantle for lighting and the Wenzel model has either a double or single cloth mantle. The models involved are Ozark Trail 824927 and 824928, and Wenzel 824208, 824226, 824227 and 824401, which appear on the box in which the lantern came. Lanterns purchased after September 1, 2001 are not covered by this recall. The propane cylinder, which is not affected by the recall and is not distributed by Wenzel, is sold separately from the lantern. The lantern recall was originally announced on August 28, 2001
The recalled mini beach chair, which can be used by both children and adults, was a free gift with the purchase of a Time Out cosmetic product at Sears stores. The mini beach chairs are white aluminum with a blue canvas seat and back. The name "Time Out" is printed on the canvas backrest.
The overall size of the wooden changing table is 42 inches long by 26 3/4 inches wide by 36 inches high. The front of the unit has three doors, behind a door are toddler steps that slide out and in when not in use, while the other doors house a storage area with two sliding drawers. The top changing table has a quilted vinyl pad, built-in safety straps, and a wall shelf unit. The recalled changing tables with steps were manufactured prior to December 1, 2000.

Rear-Engine Riding Mowers The recalled riding lawn mowers have 30" cutting decks. The mowers were sold under Murray, Murray Select, Craftsman and Wizard brand names. The brand name is printed on the front or side of the mowers. Model numbers can be found under the seat or on a nameplate on the rear of the mower. The recalled candle lanterns are approximately 5", 7", and 9" square. They are made of rustproof galvanized steel, lined with glass panels and a hanger at the top. Each lantern has a holder for placing a candle inside the lantern.
The candles are made of uncolored wax and have dried yellow, purple and brown flowers in the outer layer. The candles are either square or round, and are about 4 inches high by 4 inches wide.
The Pine Tree Candle is shaped like a pine tree, and comes in three colors (lime green, royal blue and gold) and three sizes. The small candle is about 8 inches tall and 5-1/2 inches wide, the medium-sized candle is about 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide, and the tall candle is about 11-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/2 inches wide. There is a round sticker on the bottom of each candle that contains warnings regarding the use of the candle, and indicates that the candle is made in Italy. The packaging for each candle also has a sales sticker with a SKU number. The SKU Number for the lime green candle is 3162 4045, and the SKU Number for the royal blue candle is 3162 4037. The SKU numbers for the gold candle are 57604026 (for the small candle), 57604034 (for the medium-sized candle) and 57604042 (for the large candle).
The recalled Holiday Porcelain Votive Lanterns are shaped like a snowman and have a white body; brown, tree-limb-like arms; an orange nose; and a black hat. A votive tealight candle illuminates the snowman from inside, which can be seen through holes in the body, the face, and hat. The lanterns have a product code number of HVO-MAN 102723-01, and have a label on the bottom of the snowman that reads in part, "WARNING: This item becomes extremely hot during use" and "MADE IN CHINA."
The pillar candles were sold in two sizes, three-inches high and six-inches high. The candles are coated with glitter and come in three colors - red, green and gold. The recalled candles have one of the following item numbers printed on a label affixed to the bottom of the candle: 642413, 642423, 642424, 642409, 642410, and 642411.
The Pine Tree Candles come in the shape of pine trees, and come in two sizes, tall and short. The tall candle is approximately 9 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide, and the short candle is approximately 8 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide. A label on the side of both candles reads "Noble Excellence." There is also a sticker on the bottom of the tall candle that reads "127CD109," and a sticker on the bottom of the short candle that reads "127CD108."
The recalled timers have the model number "HOT100" printed on the back. The plastic timers are about 5 inches long, dark green, and have a timing switch on the front, that ranges from 1 to 8 hours or from dusk to dawn. A three-prong plug at the end of a 6.5-inch green cord extends from the top of the timer.
