The recalled wooden bed steps with style numbers 17593A and 17878A have two steps and are 16 inches high by 24 inches wide and 18 inches deep. They were sold in white, cherry and oak.
The recall involves green Enviro-Flo Plus spouts used with 1 and 2 gallon fuel containers. Only spouts with manufacture date codes listed from 04/17/2009 through 04/19/2009 are included in the recall. The manufacture date code is etched into the side of the spout. The spouts were used on fuel containers with item numbers 81005 (1-gallon) and 81010 (2-gallon) printed on the labels. Date codes affected include: 041709xx1 (April 17, 2009, Automated Assembly) 041809xx1 (April 18, 2009, Automated Assembly) 041909xx1 (April 19, 2009, Automated Assembly) All spout delivery systems manufactured outside these dates or with number sequence ending in a zero (0) are not included in this recall.

This recall involves Power Functions IR Speed remote controls sold separately and as a part of the Emerald Night Train kit (Item K10194) and Power Functions kit (Item K8882). The gray plastic remote controls have two large orange dials and the word LEGO printed on the front.
The recalled children's jackets were sold in sizes 7/8 through 16 and have RN number 115036 and style numbers WD36687 or WD36689, which is located on the care label of all garments. The jackets come in turquoise and brown plaid, pink, and orange and brown plaid.
This recall involves youth zipper and pullover hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings. The sweatshirts were sold in black, navy and gray. The Proclub brand sweatshirts have RN number 100418 is printed on a tag inside the collar.

The model name is printed on the upper part of the boot. Boots included in this recall have a 5- or 6-digit lot number stamped on the right boot under the removable insole (see photo).

Model LODNLWP is stamped on the back of the unit. The wall light measures about 6 inches high, 5 inches wide, and 3 inches deep. No other Light on Demand products are included in this recall.
The recalled Buderus GB142 is a gas-fired, wall-hung boiler. The boilers are white and designed to be mounted on walls. The black control drawer in the bottom center of the front of the boiler is marked "Buderus GB 142." Boilers with a green sticker inside the control drawer are not included. The model numbers included in the recall are 142/24, 142/30, 142/45 and 142/60. Only models with date codes of 7246 through 7256 are included in the recall. The model number and date code are located on a label on the bottom left side of the boiler.

This recall involves Kidde dual sensor smoke alarms model PI2000. The alarms can be identified by two buttons, "HUSH" and "PUSH AND HOLD TO TEST WEEKLY," which are located on the front/center of the alarm. The model number and date code are on the back of the smoke alarm. Only date codes 2008 Aug.01 through 2009 May 04 are included in this recall.
