This recall involves Warm Mist CareFree humidifiers sold in white and black with blue or green tinted water tanks. "Hunter" and "NiteGlo" are printed on the humidifier. Model numbers are listed on a white label on the bottom of the humidifier. Model numbers and tank sizes are listed in the chart below. This recall involves certain model year 2004-2007 Polaris snowmobiles. The model number and serial number (VIN) identification decal is located on the right side of the tunnel underneath the seat.
Ski-Doo Model Year 2008 MXZ Adrenaline 800R, MXZ X 800R, MXZ TNT 500SS, MXZ Trail 500SS, Summit Everest 154 800R snowmobiles are included in this recall. The model name is located on the side panels. They were sold in black/yellow, yellow, or black/slate.
The counterfeit circuit breakers are black and are marked as Square D products. Connecticut Electric has identified the following breakers as possibly being counterfeit: QO115, QO120, QO140, QO2125, QO215, QO220, QO230, QO240, QO250, QO260, QO1515, QO2020, QO3100, QO320, QO330, QO340, QO360, QOB120, QOB130, QOB220, QOB230, QOB250, QOB330, and QOB360. Actual Square D circuit breakers have (a) the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker; (b) the Square D insignia molded onto the breaker side; (c) a yellow chromate mounting clip with half of the top of the clip visible. If your Square D breaker does not match this description, it could be counterfeit.

The recalled gas or electric grinders are used to grind concrete surfaces for repair or removal. The grinders have two wheels, a handle and are blue or green in color. They are designed for operation by a single operator. The following concrete grinders are included in this recall. The serial number is located on a plate on the machine's handle. This recall involves the 64 Zone Wireless Receivers with model 45A00-1 and revision number B1. The receiver is an accessory to the Home Automation Inc. Home Control System and is professionally installed. The model and revision numbers can be found on a label on the back of the unit.
The 2006 Line X-Fly and Line Pro model ski boards were sold in 90- and 99-centimeter lengths. The Pro model is a twin-tip ski which is turned up at both ends. "Pro 90" or "Pro 98" is printed on the tail. The X-Fly is a unidirectional ski which is turned up on one end. "Fly 90" or "Fly 99" is printed on the tail.
This recall involves black jeweled girls' boots. The boots have a silhouette of a guitar on the outer leg and a guitar-shaped zipper pull on the inner leg. "Hannah Montana" is engraved on the boot outsole and a photo of the singer and show's character is printed on the box. The boots were sold in girls' sizes 10½ to 4½. No other styles or models are involved in this recall.
The recalled products are air pumps with model numbers 57-1504-A and 57-1504 that are used to inflate low pressure inflatable items such as rafts and toys. The Model 57-1504-A pump was sold separately with an assortment of interlocking nozzles. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff "Launch Pod", an inflatable water trampoline. The model number and the date code "0104" are located on the label on the top of the pump.

The recalled gas regulators were manufactured from March 2007 through May 2007 and installed on natural gas or LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings. The recalls involves model HSR natural gas regulators and LP-gas regulators with model numbers 67CD, 67CH, 67CN, and 67CW, HSRL, R622, R622E, R622H, R632, R642, R652, R652E, R122H, R222, or R232. The model number can be found on a white label attached to the regulator spring case. The date of manufacture is also stamped on the regulator.

This recall involves the Timberland PRO Direct Attach Steel Toe Boots with model numbers 26002 (wheat nubuck leather), 65016 (wheat nubuck leather), 26038 (black full-grain leather), and 38021 (brown oiled full-grain leather). The model number is printed on a green loop tag on the inside of the boot, just below the size. The boots have a four digit date code ending in 35 and beginning with the numbers 25 through 45 (e.g. 2535, 2635.4535) which can also be found on the loop tag below the model number. Direct Attach Steel Toe boots made in China are not subject to this recall.
