This recall involves certain Sublue Mix underwater scooter lithium-ion batteries and replacement batteries. The scooters are used for gliding through water. The batteries covered by the recall are black only. The scooters were sold in arctic white, space blue and aqua blue. The scooters have "Sublue" printed on the top and "Whiteshark Mix Underwater Scooter" printed on the side. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the scooter.
This recall involves Chews Life Silicone Rosary teethers including models Assisi, Little Flower, God's Grace, Cecilia, John the Baptist and Divine Mercy, and Chews Life Silicone Decades teethers including models Genesis, Maccabees, Ester, Wisdom, Divine Mercy, Psalm and Proverbs. The recalled teethers are made of multi-colored beads with a cross at the end. Each teether has a two-piece safety snap clasp.
This recall involves retractable safety mesh gates, marketed as baby or dog gates, with model number SG021. They were sold in white, gray and black. The multi-use gates measure about 34 inches high with an adjustable width up to about 55 inches and have an aluminum frame. "Retractable Safety Gate" and the model number are printed on a white label located on the inside of the frame on the side of the gates' handles.
This recall involves all BD Vision Harnesses. This lightweight harness is designed for technical alpine and ice climbs. All sizes are included in this recall. The harness has fixed leg loops and was sold in black and white colors. "Black Diamond" is printed on one of the leg loops. "Vision" is printed on the other leg loop.

This recall involves various models of Auto World Deluxe Pit Kit slot cars. Each Deluxe Pit Kit slot car model is sold individually, unassembled, and some models are sold unpainted or painted. The "Auto World" logo, the words "Deluxe Pit Kit", and the slot car's model are on the front of each package. The instructions for assembly are displayed on the back of each package. The recalled models, prior to assembly, have two loose magnets that are not attached to the chassis of the unassembled slot cars. The magnets are attached to the chassis during the assembly process. The magnets are numbered as separate parts under the parts list on the back of the package and labeled as "Front Magnet" and "Back Magnet". The model/item number and UPC are on the back of each package. Some models will also have a date code. This recall involves Black Diamond Recon LT avalanche transceivers. The transceivers are plastic with an LCD screen. They have a gray exterior and a blue top. The Black Diamond logo and model name "RECON LT" are on the front of the transceivers. The recalled transceivers were sold as standalone units and as part of Black Diamond Alpine Avy Safety Sets and Black Diamond Recon LT Avy Safety Sets.

This recall involves model number 98715 Goal Zero 4x HPP to 1x HPP+ Solar Series Combiner, a cable for chaining multiple solar panels in series into one output for charging a battery. The combiner cable is a black plastic cable with four high power port (HPP) connectors on one end and one HPP on the other end. The portable panels fold out and are set up by consumers. They are designed for camping and other applications.
This recall involves P.J. Salvage Kids Checker Plush Short Sets, Fleece Pajama Sets, Smiley Plush Robes and Tie Dye Plush Sets. The Girl's Checker Plush Short Set, model RP3KHST, is a pullover hoodie with a kangaroo pocket, long pants and shorts, and was sold in gray with stars and lilac with checkers. The Kid's Fleece Pajama Set, model RP3KPST, is a pullover crew with a kangaroo pocket and jogger pants and was sold in a multi color tie dye pattern. The Girl's Smiley plush robe, model RP3KPR, is a hooded robe with front pockets and a waist tie and was sold in pink lilac with smiley faces. The Girl's Plush sets, model RP3KFST, is a fleece set with a pullover crew top and jogger pants and was sold in lilac ice with a "Smile" graphic on the front, in multi color with a "Good Vibes" graphic on the front and in sky blue with a "Sunshine" graphic on the front. They were sold in children's sizes S-XL. The sizes and "P.J. Salvage" are printed on the neck label. The side seam label has care instructions, fiber content, and country of origin information.
This recall involves TRUBLUE iQ Auto Belay Devices, which enable climbers to safely descend while climbing. The TRUBLUE iQ is gray with blue handles and a gray sash on the front cover. The TRUBLUE iQ+ has an added catch-and-hold brake on the front. The LT versions of the iQ and iQ+ have blue tags above the blue webbing hand grip; the XL versions have a purple tag. The recalled Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence, and Aerco Esteem boilers are wall-hung condensing gas boilers housed in a white metal box. "Prestige" is printed on the white front panel of the recalled Prestige Solo and Prestige Excellence boilers. "Aerco" is printed on the front of the recalled Esteem boilers.
