These bunk bed models are recalled for repairs: B383-58T, B383-57T, B213-58, and B233-58. The B383 models are sold under the group name "Trails End." The B213 is sold under the group name "Cottage Retreat." The B233 is sold under the group name "Stages." The model numbers are on product stickers on each bunk bed. On the B383 model, the product sticker is on the inside of the lower rail on the top bunk end panel. On the B213 and B233 models, the product sticker is on the inside of the lower panel on the bottom bunk.
The recalled picture books are brightly colored, made of flexible vinyl, and contain a plastic mirror on one of the inside pages. The recalled books come in four models: "Baby's Fun Book," "Baby's Photo Album," "Picture This Vinyl Book," and "Carter's Imagination Picture Book." The name "Kids II" is printed on the back cover of each book, except for the "Imagination Picture Book" which has "Carter's" printed on the front and back covers.
The recalled "BATMAN™ BATMOBILE™" toy car is a 20-inch blue and gray plastic vehicle with a detachable motorcycle. Model number B4944 is written on the bottom of the toy vehicle.
The top bunk guardrails on Ethan Allen Ryan and P.J. Bunk Beds have item numbers 35-5659-4, 36-5659-3 or 36-5659-4. Item numbers can be found on the inside of the bottom bunk headboard or footboard. The "j" hooks were incorporated into the guardrails of bunk beds as a locking/unlocking device. When unlocked and out of position, the guardrail can be removed for easy access to change bed linen.
These vehicles are small agricultural tractors that are green with yellow seats and wheels. The cardboard book has "My Easter Basket Book" printed on the cover in pink letters over an Easter basket. "First Holiday Books" and "Touch & feel" also are written on the cover. The book includes photos of marshmallow candy, plush toys, lollipops and candy typically found in Easter baskets. The book incorporates textured touch-and feel-surfaces. "KINGFISHER" is written on the book's spine and back cover.
These are Indoor HID light fixtures with acrylic lenses and/or reflectors. They are generally used in industrial and commercial locations such as retail spaces, warehouses, and gymnasiums. Only certain models of specific wattage lights are included in the recall. Check the Lithonia website for a list of the specific model and wattage combinations included. All recalled fixtures were manufactured in Crawfordsville, Indiana, and have a date of manufacture from November 2002 through October 2003. The models, wattages, city and date of manufacture, and "Lithonia" can be found on a label attached to the ballast housing. This recall also includes certain ballast repair kits.
These 40- and 42-inch-cut lawn tractors come with a 1.4 gallon remote fuel tank. They come in red and black or all black. The model number can be found on a nameplate located under the seat. The wall-mounted light fixtures have a translucent, natural alabaster stone cover. The recalled wall sconces include model numbers AL-3208, AL-5008, and AL-5108. Models AL-3208 and AL-5008 use one light bulb; whereas, Model AL-5108 uses two bulbs. The alabaster covers measure 8 inches in width and between 9½ and 15 inches in height.
The recalled candleholders are shaped like a tree, made of metal, and gold in color. The tree is about 24 inches tall and 15 inches wide and contains six metal hooks and glass cups for placing votive candles. The candleholders have a style number of 3562745.
The recalled "Picture Radio" song boxes have a wind-up knob, picture window, flexible antenna, and wooden carrying handle. The music boxes come in three designs: "The A, B, C Song," "Old MacDonald has a farm," and "Mary had a little lamb." Each plays the respective song when the main dial is turned. The "A,B,C" box has a red front, yellow knobs, and lettering on the front and back; the "Old MacDonald" box has a yellow front, blue knobs, and a farm scene on the front and back; and the "Mary had a little lamb" box has a blue front, yellow knobs, and pastoral scene on the front and back. The bottom of the music boxes reads, "More Fun From Schylling."
There are two styles of lighters included in this recall. Nibo Space 5, model 12679, is a silver-colored lighter. The lighter is 2 7/8" tall and is in the shape of a spaceship. The word "SPACE" appears on one side of the lighter and the word "NIBO" appears on the other side. Nibo Space 19, model 13919, is a metal lighter that resembles a toy. The lighter is 3" tall. The word "NIBO" appears in a raised circle on one side of the lighter.
The recalled skis are the red composite (nonmetallic) skis and were sold as an accessory item for use on Polaris snowmobiles. The part number is inscribed on the tail of the snowmobile ski. These ESL SafeAir 240-COE Carbon Monoxide alarms are hard-wired and require professional installation. The white, rectangular units are about 6 inches long and 2.75 inches high. "CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM" and "DO NOT PAINT" are written on the front of the units. "240-Coe, "SENTROL," (a former name of the company) and the date code are written on the back. The date code is a four-digit number ending with a "T." The four digits denote the year and week of manufacture. For example, the date code "0045T" refers to a unit that was manufactured in the 45th week of 2000. Only units with date codes 0045T (November 2000) through 0235T (August 2002) are included in the recall.
These Drop-In Floor Boxes are used to provide an extra electric outlet in the floor. The floor boxes are pre-wired electrical receptacles to be installed in the floor. They were sold under the Carlon brand name as Model No. B112FBB. The product was sold as a kit that includes the floor box, wired receptacle, hole saw, and optional mounting plates.
The Crayola® activity cube is about 9 inches tall and is made of wood. Each side of the activity cube has a different game, including shape sorting cut-outs and crayon character wheels. The top of the activity cube has crayon characters and beads that slide along a spiral glide. The packaging is labeled "Crayola® Activity Cube" and "Playwell."
The recalled backyard playground "Mega Rider" swing can be used by one or two children. The blue-colored plastic "Mega Rider" is suspended from a crossbeam by four plastic-coated chains. Children sitting back-to-back push in different directions to make the swing move back and forth. Printed on the handle below the seat connection in raised lettering are the words, "Swing-N-Slide, 1212 Barberry Drive, Janesville, WI, Made in U.S.A., 1-800-888-1232, THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN FROM THE AGES OF 2 TO 10 YEARS. READ INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE."
The recalled jackets were sold in various colors for boys and girls. Girls' sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 7 and 8 through 19. Boys' sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 6X and 7/8 through 16. A label inside the jacket reads, "Authentic Falls Creek."
Each of the 3-volt lithium batteries has a white label with the words "Fuji Power" or "A&T Fuji Power CR123A." The batteries were provided separately in pairs in packaging with the flashlights.
The NERF® Big Play Football™ is a red and silver NERF football with a silver flip-open top that reveals an erasable writing pad to plan football plays on, in the center of the ball. The NERF name, an NFL logo and a large black "X" are on the silver region of the football. Mike Vick's signature in red also is written on the football, and his photo is on the packaging.
