The knife blocks are constructed of wood and designed to be portable or wall mounted. The recalled knife blocks are in the Cutco Space Saver Set. The Space Saver Set contains five knives, a sharpener, and the knife block. Only the knife block is involved in this recall; the knives are not part of this recall.
The recalled kettles are stainless steel, have a glass cover, and have the model number 4302, which is located on the bottom of the kettle. The kettles, which can hold 2 quarts of water, also have the name "Calphalon" printed on the glass cover. Kettles that have a green sticker next to the bar code on the bottom of the box contain retrofitted covers and are not included in this recall.
The recall includes two separate garments sold as sets. One garment is a lavender-colored velour jumpsuit with a floral printed rib knit top. The other garment is a lavender-colored French terry and velour top with printed rib knit bottom. Only jumpsuits with style numbers 516-8240 and 516-8340 and top and bottom sets with style numbers 516-8241 and 516-8341 are included in the recall. Both garments have felt fabric flowers on the front bodice. The jumpsuit has one large purple flower and two teal colored leaves on the front. The top has one large purple flower and two small blue flowers on each side. A label sewn on the inside neck of the garments reads in part "Baby OshKosh B'Gosh®," and "Made in Malaysia." Both garments were sold in sizes 0-3, 3-6, and 6-9 months.
The recalled ranges are 48-inch All-Gas Professional Ranges and were sold under the Thermador brand name. The ranges are stainless steel and have small and large side-by-side ovens. Only model numbers PRG484GGUS, PRG486GDUS, and PRG486GLUS and serial number ranges 98020001-98129999, 99010001-99129999, 20010001-20129999 and 81010001- 81119999 are included in the recall. The model and serial number are located on a data plate behind the kick panel at the bottom front of the range.
The recalled dehumidifiers were sold under the Whirlpool, Kenmore and ComfortAire brand names. The dehumidifiers are white plastic, about 2 feet high and have a front-mounted water bucket. They have serial numbers that begin with QG, QH, QJ, QK or QL. The serial number can be found on a label located on the wall behind the water bucket. Dehumidifiers with water buckets located in back are not involved in the recall.
Power inverters convert DC voltage to AC voltage to allow the operation of household products using battery power. The recalled power inverters have a red, yellow or black rectangular- shaped body with white or gray electrical outlets on the side, next to the volt and amp meters. The outlets on the recalled inverters have "TEST" and "RESET" buttons. The recalled lighters are black with a chrome finished flame guard and a red gas control lever on the top. They are about six inches high and 1 3/8" in diameter and "TAIWAN" is imprinted on the chrome metal bottom. A half-inch metal screw facing back serves as an ignition button.
The recalled overpressure valve is installed on buoyancy control systems with the following brand names: Diving Unlimited International (DUI), International Divers, Ocean Management Systems, Rip Tide and Steam Machines. Brand names and logos are printed on the epaulettes and pockets. These buoyancy control systems come in two versions, a jacket style and a wings style. The date code, printed on an instructional label sewn to the buoyancy control system, is the first four numbers after the brand name abbreviation. The first two numbers indicate the month and the second two numbers indicate the year. The recall includes date codes from October 2000 through June 2001. Valves with an asterisk below the serial number are not involved in this recall.
The root feeder is a device used to distribute food, water and insecticide to the roots of trees and shrubs. The root feeders are about 30 inches tall, have a green hose connection and plastic yellow handles. "ROSS" and "MODEL 1200C" are imprinted on the side of the root feeder. The recall includes model 1200C Ross Root Feeders with "24207" or "24208" imprinted on the top of the clear, plastic chamber caps. Ross Root Feeders with the number "24208-A" caps are not part of the recall.
The recalled Electroluminescent Night Lights have model numbers GN172 and GN165, which are molded on the back of the lights. The model GN172 lights are gray in color and are about 1-1/2 inches square by 1/4 inch thick with two metal electrical prongs. The model GN165 lights are gray in color and are about 4-3/8 inches in height, 1-5/8 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick with two metal electrical prongs. Also molded on the back of the nightlights are the words, "Intermatic Inc." and "Made in Taiwan."
Powerscourt Sterling Teething Rings, model #WX201. The model number is located on a label on the outside of the gift box, along with "Waterford Fine Silver Gifts." The silver teething ring is about 2.5 inches in diameter, and made of two halves that are soldered together at a sterling silver decorative disc. The teething ring is sold as a keepsake, but also could be used as a teething ring. Waterford® Sterling is embossed on the bottom of the teething ring.
The tractors have a 38", 42" or 48" mower deck, a 13 to 16 horsepower engine, and are green with yellow trim. "John Deere" and the model number are printed on the hood of the tractor. The recalled shower doors include the Kohler Helios and Sterling Freestyle models made from January 1997 through September 2001. The hinges on the Helios and Freestyle models operate in a unique way, which allows the doors to swing back and forth. The door panels can retract side to side without the use of anchored track guides, common to many shower doors. The shower doors were distributed for shower enclosure and bathtub applications in both single and double door configurations, in a variety of sizes. They were sold in chrome, brass and white frame finishes, and with a variety of glass treatments.
These Buoyancy Control Systems come in two versions, a jacket style and a wings style. The overpressure valve is installed on these units. It is very difficult to distinguish the defective overpressure valves from those not affected. Therefore, all overpressure valves with red pulls are included in this recall. The jacket model has the DUI logo printed on the jacket pocket, epaulet, and weight pockets. The wings model has the DUI logo printed on the epaulet and weight pockets. The letters "DUI" are printed on the permanent hang tags found on the Buoyancy Control System.
The recalled Gorilla Ultralite Climbing Sticks, model number 3163, have the serial numbers 040501, 050501, and 060801 printed on the main brace of the stick. The climbing sticks come in three to a package, are gray in color, have black swivel fold down foot pegs, and a black strap and buckle system. The recalled Strap-on Tree Steps, model numbers 3152 and 3153, have serial number 2899 stamped on the side of the metal step. The tree steps have a black strap, with a metal J hook, black buckle, and a metal step.
The recalled gasoline-powered generators have the model number BSI550-W printed on the fuel tank between the handles. These generators also have the date code "09-10-01" printed on a bar code label on the gasoline tank support rail. The generators are red with a black fuel tank and have the brand "Porter-Cable" printed on the fuel tank. Generators produced on dates other than "09-10-01" are not included in this recall.
The recalled Lawn-Boy SilverPro and GoldPro Series are walk-behind, 21- inch mowers powered by 2-cycle Duraforce engines. "Duraforce" is written on the top of the recoil starter. A decal on the right rear of the mower's housing has one of the following model numbers: 10247, 10252, 10323, 10324, 10424, 10550 or 10552. The decal also has a serial number starting with "21."
The aero bars are handlebar extensions that either mount in the center of the handlebars or are sold as a complete handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recall includes "Carbon X"™ and "Carbon Stryke"™ aero bars. The Carbon X aero bar is a complete bicycle handlebar and stem system, and includes the writing "Profile Design" and "Carbon X." The Carbon Stryke aero bar attaches to existing bicycle handlebars, and includes the writing "Profile Design" and "Carbon Stryke." Both aero bars are black. Aero bar ZB brackets that are welded together or have a spring-loaded flip-up design are not part of the recall.
The Munchkin T-Strap girls' shoes were sold in children's sizes 4 through 12. They have a strap that is fastened by a metal buckle on the side of the shoe. The word "MUNCHKIN" is molded into the bottom of the shoe. The rattles were sold under the Wiggly Giggler brand name. The rattle can be shaken, stacked and rolled. The rattle is a 3-inch long tube with mushroom caps on each end. It was sold in three color combinations, green with purple caps, orange with pink caps and purple with orange caps. The rattle contains a noisemaker inside that produces a sound when the rattle is shaken. "Wiggly Giggler™" is written on the tube of the rattle. Rattles with a small number "3" imprinted in the painted circle on the base of the mushroom end cap, in the center of the four sound holes are not included in this recall.
