CGMP deviations
This recall involves Lucid Platform Beds with an upholstered square tufted headboard in Twin, Full, Queen, King and Cal-King sizes. They were sold in beige, black, charcoal, cobalt, pearl, and stone colors. The recalled beds have wooden support beams and wooden support legs and a white federal law label with "Made For: CVB INC, 1525 W 2960 S, LOGAN, UT 84321" printed on it. The federal law label is located on the backside of the headboard.
The spa pumps could have been sold separately, or in a package with an inflatable spa liner in different colors, styles, and inflatable spa sizes. The inflatable spa liners packaged with the pumps are sold under the brand names SaluSpa, Coleman, and Hydro-Force, which are printed on the side of the liner. This recall only includes AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pump model numbers P05332, P05339, P05711, P05807, P07000, P07001, P05511, P07034, and P07572. "Bestway" and the model number are printed on the label on the side or back of the spa pump.
This recall involves three Petzl climbing harnesses: the GYM harness (Model No. C032AA00), the PANDION harness (Model Nos. C029AA00 and C029AA01), and the PANJI harness (Model No. C028AA00). The recalled harnesses were used by operators of climbing gyms, adventure parks, guide companies, and consumers. Serial numbers are printed on a label inside the harnesses. This recall involves Ceiling Hoists with Straps with model number RS2300. The model number is only listed on the product packaging. The product can lift bicycles, kayaks, ladders, boxes and other large objects off the floor using a pulley system. Note that no recall action is required if the ceiling hoists are used without the use of straps. Unscrew the flat plate from the ceiling to check the underside to locate the serial number.

Microbial contamination of non-sterile Products -
This recall involves SolarReady Meter Combos with catalog numbers MC2442S1200SC and MC2442S1200FC, manufactured from August 2021 through August 2022. The catalog number and date stamp are located on a label on the inside of the front panel of the solar meter. This product serves as the connection point between the utility power supply, a rooftop solar system, and the main electrical panel serving a home. Depending on the installation, the panel within this product could contain the branch breaker circuits (breaker box) for the entire home or part of the home. This panel also contains the main breaker service disconnect for the whole home's power.
Elevated lead levels in cinnamon
This recall involves Berkley Jensen branded cedar hard-topped gazebos with model numbers A102008010, A102008100, A102011920, and A102011902. The gazebos measure about 10 feet by 12 feet, or 12 feet by 14 feet. They were sold in copper color, which may appear brown, or black; and with or without netting panels and tie-back bands. Only these models sold during the dates identified below are included in this recall.
This recall involves two IKEA VARMFRONT Power Banks with model numbers E2037 and E2038. The power banks are blue in color. Model E2037 has one USB-A port, one USB-C port, measures about four inches long and two inches wide, and has one of the following date codes (YYWW): 2318, 2319, 2322. Model E2038 has two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, measures about four inches long and three inches wide, and has one of the following date codes (YYWW): 2313, 2316, 2318, 2319. The model number is listed at the top of the back side of the power banks, and date code is printed on the bottom of the back side of the power banks.
This recall involves one production batch of Finger-Ease Guitar String Lubricant. The product is a clear aerosol spray sold in a white-color steel can with a black cap. The product measures about 1.5 inches long, 1.5 inches wide and 6 inches tall, and weighs about 4.5 ounces. The product has a picture of a brown guitar with the words "Tone Finger Ease Guitar String Lubricant" in brown, black and red lettering. There is a red horizontal stripe on the can. Printed on the can is "Manufactured by Chem-Pak, Inc.", and the production batch code is printed in black ink on the bottom of the steel container with model number 220B and lot code 106824.

This recall involves the Origin 21 oval and rectangle wall mirrors. These mirrors were sold in black metal frames. The rectangle mirror measures 22 inches wide and 31 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1647. The oval mirror measures 24 inches wide and 36 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1693. The model numbers are printed on a label affixed to the back of the mirror.
This recall involves two ECHO 59.7cc gas-powered backpack blowers with the model numbers PB-5810H and PB-5810T. These blowers are designed for residential and commercial use. The blowers are orange and black in color, and "ECHO" is printed on the starter recoil housing. Model and serial numbers are located on a label near the right side of the black blower fan housing. This recall involves the ProForm Rapid Strike 50 LB Adjustable Dumbbell Set, model PAMSDB20. The dumbbells were sold in black and include handles, weight plates and a molded plastic tray. The dumbbells adjust from 5 to 50 pounds in 5-pound increments using a manual selection pin, while the weights are nested in the base. The model number is printed on a sticker under the lip at the base of the molded tray.
