This recall involves the Shell Inflation Valves with Int'l Nipples that come with diving dry suits and are also sold separately. The Shell Inflation Valve is used in recreational and technical diving. The recalled valve inflates the diving dry suit to allow the diver to equalize air pressure while descending in the water by pressing on the valve and it provides thermal protection to the diver. This recall involves the Helix Metal Lockable Drug Chests. The white metal, rectangular security chests are used to store medications, drugs and other medical supplies. They measure about 8 inches wide by 13 inches long by 8 inches deep and come with two keys, a security tether and a mounting kit. HELIX is metal stamped on the lid next to a cross inside a red circle. Security chests with a locking arm on the left side are included in this recall.
This recall involves two models and two date codes of Universal Security Instruments 2-in-1 Photoelectric Smoke & Fire + Carbon Monoxide alarms. Model MPC322S has 10-year sealed batteries and a manufacturing date code of 2017JUN09. Model MPC122S is a hardwired alarm with 10-year sealed battery backup and a manufacturing date code of 2017JUN02. The brand name "UNIVERSAL SECURITY INSTRUMENTS, INC." or "USI ELECTRIC" is printed on the front of the alarms above "Photoelectric Smoke & Fire + Carbon Monoxide Alarm." The model number and date code are printed on the back of the alarms.
This recall involves the Kid O Hudson Glow Rattle, a motion-activated rattle shaped like a puppy that makes a soft rattling sound when shaken. The plastic puppy is white with spots that can glow in red or green. The puppy's legs are textured soft plastic in red (front) and green (back) for teething children. The recalled rattles measure about 4 inches long by 2 inches wide by 3.8 inches high. The battery cover on the puppy's stomach states "Kid O."

This recall involves tonies wooden blocks, with magnets inside. Only tonies Blocks Marine Life, UPC 840147407689, tonies Blocks Invention and Innovation, UPC 840147407733 and tonies Blocks Gentle Giant Dinos UPC 840147407580 are being recalled. Each block is about 5 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick. The blocks were sold in blue, tan and green with pictures on one side of various marine life, dinosaurs, and invention and innovation, and white text on the other side, describing the picture. Blocks were sold in sets of four. Each set is packaged in a white and red cardboard box. The UPC is on the back of the box beneath the barcode.

The magnets are sold in two sizes: 3mm and 5mm. The 3mm diameter magnets are sold as aggregated loose magnets in sets of 512 multi-colored magnetic balls. The 5mm diameter magnets are sold as aggregated loose magnets in sets of 222 silver magnetic balls or 224 multi-colored magnetic balls. The recalled DigitDots were sold encased in clear, disposable packaging bearing the "DigitDots" name and logo and included a plastic carrying case, also bearing the "DigitDots" name and logo.

The Illuminated Rectangle Mirror and Illuminated Dresser Mirror are 40" H x 30" W and have 20 sockets for Type G 1W LED or 5W incandescent bulbs. The mirrors have an aged brass, antique pewter or a dark steel finish. The SKU number and date of manufacture are printed on a label on the back of the mirror.
